I've used this service for a number of years, and am always amazed at the high quality of communication and service. Grant always communicates what is needed, and how to bring in my laptops so they need to be in the shop for a limited amount of time. He's so helpful and supportive and does GREAT WORK!!! A treasure here on the Palouse.

This place is amazing! Grant responded at lightning speed when I messaged him about some laptop damages and he sent a direct link to the parts I needed to order and told me I could come in the next day so he could take a look at the laptop. After the evaluation, he informed me that he can get the repair done within a couple hours once the parts came in. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient! The price was reasonable, the damages were fixed, there’s absolutely nothing I could complain about. If you’re unsure about where to go to get your computer repaired, go see Grant! ?

I would give a higher rating if I could. Grant does amazing work and is honest about everything. Had a very weird issue with my PC crashing and had to take it in to him multiple times. He was willing to explain everything he did to diagnose it and put in many hours to do so. He found the issue and was INCREDIBLY fair and reasonable with his pricing. A stand up guy running an amazing business.

I want to say, I haven't taken my item in yet, and I'll update this review when I do, but even just the phone consultation was the best service I have received from a computer repair shop. Grant was respectful, able to answer my questions, and confident in his ability to fix my Nintendo 2Ds. He also provided price quotes and his prices seem better than fair compared to competitors in the area. Reading through the other reviews I am excited to bring my business here, especially after the horrible experience I had with the last company I took my item to. I will update this review once my Ds is fixed.

Very seamless experience. Told me what part to order and once it arrived he was able to replace the screen on my MacBook Pro in a few hours. Cool guy.

I would give 100 stars if I could. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. I took my laptop in, and he had it fixed as soon as he possibly could. He was very communicative about the problem, what it would take to fix it and the price. He texted pictures of what was wrong, and explained everything. Oh and about that price...he was beyond reasonable. His rates are absolutely he best. Hands down, this is the BEST computer repair experience I have ever had. I won't use anyone else for computer repairs again. 100 Stars!!!!!

Amazing experience. Was sure my laptop was toast after dropping it, but he was reassuring, very quick, and understanding and best of all was able to fix it same day. Price was also very fair! Great customer service.

I took my Lenovo Yoga in to Grant with a broken hinge. He explained the repair process for me, quoted me for the hinge repair, and warned me that my screen could crack during the repair process. When, inevitably, the screen did crack (not Grant's fault at all), he immediately contacted me about it. From start to finish, the communication was honest, thorough, and timely. He honored my quoted price for the hinge repair, despite the cracked screen, and he kept me updated as we waited for a replacement screen to come in. Unfortunately, the first screen he got wasn't the right kind for my laptop, which, again, was out of Grant's control. I contacted him about that problem, and he immediately ordered another screen. I was worried about feeling like a burden, but Grant's customer service is totally unmatched, and I felt so well taken care of through the whole process. When the new screen came in, he replaced it in one day, and I was not charged for the second screen. All in all, my experience was made by Grant. Computer problems are frustrating, especially when you're like me and don't quite understand what's going on. I would trust Grant with any tech problems I have in the future (though, hopefully, I never have to go back lol).
