“Today I had a very stressful shopping experience, after being in the store for an extended period of time with my mother I decided to step outside and make a phone call. On my way out, I was treated with a dirty look by the asset protection guy at the front door. This made me really question if I should even spend my hard earned money at this establishment anymore. However, after returning and finishing my shopping, I entered the line of Robert R. And he made the whole experience better! He was very personable, kind and had a very nice attitude. I look forward to seeing him the next time I come through!”
