“I had an amazing time in my rental at 405 SE Paradise…there was just one problem I managed to escape; my roommates cats. The entire time he’s lived there he kept his one cat in the house for the first year or two he was in the house, and since then has two now they don’t know about…whoops. When there’s an inspection he would simply keep the cats in a room they wouldn’t check until they left. If they checked the whole house he’d take them to his mom’s for the day. They destroyed the door frames in the house by the front door, and by the basement door (at the top) and I’m sure many other spots. Sure hope his roommates don’t lose their deposit because of the damage his cats left behind. Also he wouldn’t change their litter for weeks at a time. They signed me off the lease so I wouldn’t be liable, but the other roommates are on the hook now and I feel sorry for them. Thanks for my cheap rent and great individual experience Heritage!”
