I'm not sure what changed about a year and a half ago, but the customer service at the pharmacy is non existent. They do not answer the phone, I get hung up on at least twice before they pick up. None of them have name tags on, which allows them to act how they want. They never say hello, ask how people are, or ask for info they need - they just stand there and stare at you waiting on you. If I give my DOB they get annoyed and ask for my name. If I give my name, they ask for DOB. Maybe they need to ask the customer for the info they want then. idk, they make me feel bad for going in and often give off I'm bothering them energy. :(

Horrible!!! They have now left me hanging twice on my inhalers!!! Said they'd call the doctor to figure out insurance coverage and never did so here I am with no inhaler again thanks to them!

Pharmacy tech EXTREMELY rude. I asked my husband to pick up a refill on my prescription along with his and they very rudely stated I have nothing there. He asked them to look up my name and provided my birthday as he knew I had multiple prescriptions with them and have for a long time they REFUSED to even look up my name. I need my prescriptions, who refuses to look up someones profile for something as important as medications? Additionally, everytime I call them I sit on hold for at least 30 min.

Customer service is awful, I can never get my meds even when they call me and say they’re ready, I’ll drive in 20 miles from out of town to pick it up, then THEY WONT HAVE THEM. This happens next to every time where I have to argue with the pharmacists that they have my prescription BECAUSE I CAN SEE IT BEHIND THEM ON THE WALL. This is ridiculous, quit your job if you hate it so much.
Also says they’re open until 9, LIES. I’ve gone it at 6 & 7pm on weekdays for them to be closed multiple times, to the point I’ll have leave work early to try and make it down in time.
I never have these problems at other pharmacies, it’s just been here. Idk what’s going on if it’s just incompetence or homophobia but I’m over it.

I think it's time to switch pharmacies. Not only are they so backed up ive had to waitbdays for prescriptions that my child needs to survive, the one pharmacist jenn has been incredibly rude to me every time I've seen her. I work customer service, I get it's hard, but it's even worse when you're treating people like they're stupid for no reason. My mom had the same experience with her when picking up a script for me when I was incredibly sick. Everyone else is great, but the service sucks.

Male pharmacist is very rude as was a male pharmacy tech customer service is very poor. Came here once a few months back to get a prescription. Stood in line for a very long time and when it was my turn to get my prescription they told me sorry they were closing for the day to which I told him I had been in line and they said they did not care. I wound up having to get a manager to help me get my order cuz I had already waited in line for so long and the pharmacist was yelling at me told me he didn't care that I was in line. I'd have to come back. The manager told him to take my prescription because it was just a pickup and had to tell him to be quiet. The tech then threw a fit about having to stay to just pay out the order and told me to shut my mouth. Thought all of my prescriptions were transferred to a different pharmacy but apparently I had a refill left on one of my medications and it had to be picked up here. Went to pick it up and they kept telling me my insurance was denied and that I'd have to call my insurance that it wasn't their problem. So I called the insurance company. The insurance company said the pharmacy was trying to run it through on an incorrect day. The pharmacist told my insurance company he knew how to do his job and the insurance company said he'd ran it through 20 separate times on the wrong day which is why it kept trying to decline it. Because you can't refill a prescription before it's due. I was able to get the prescription transferred to Safeway where they had no issue fill in my prescription. Absolutely terrible customer service at this pharmacy. The rite aid in Pullman.

Very poor customer service. The pharmacist, Sheriff, was confrontational about my using a GoodRx coupon and became irate when I insisted on using it. I’ll use a different pharmacy in the future.

I have never been spoken to the way the pharmacist spoke to me in what is supposed to be a professional/medical setting. She was rude, short and overall had a nasty attitude. My recommendation? Go somewhere else.

I been going to Rite Aid pharmacy since last December and their quality of service has gone downhill ever since. The past several months, I always call them because my prescriptions are never ready on time and they tell me their weeks behind on refills. The final and last straw is last week they changed their pharmacy hours abruptly without giving any advance notice to their patients.I went in to the pharmacy today because I was out of an essential medication and needed an emergency supply. I walked into Rite Aid store and the pharmacy gates were completely SHUT despite their hours on Sunday being 10 am - 6 pm. The cashier at the front told me the pharmacist has been gone all of last week.They need to hire MORE pharmacy technicians if you keep falling behind. Its unprofessional to abruptly have their pharmacy shut down. What if I was a diabetic and out of insulin medication? Everyone that was in the store trying to pick up their prescriptions today on Sunday were forced to be turned away and go to the Rite Aid in Moscow which I did.I'm done with Rite Aid pharmacy forever. I'm transferring my prescriptions to a better pharmacy like Walmart or CVS.
