Very poor customer service. The pharmacist, Sheriff, was confrontational about my using a GoodRx coupon and became irate when I insisted on using it. I’ll use a different pharmacy in the future.

I have never been spoken to the way the pharmacist spoke to me in what is supposed to be a professional/medical setting. She was rude, short and overall had a nasty attitude. My recommendation? Go somewhere else.

I been going to Rite Aid pharmacy since last December and their quality of service has gone downhill ever since. The past several months, I always call them because my prescriptions are never ready on time and they tell me their weeks behind on refills. The final and last straw is last week they changed their pharmacy hours abruptly without giving any advance notice to their patients.I went in to the pharmacy today because I was out of an essential medication and needed an emergency supply. I walked into Rite Aid store and the pharmacy gates were completely SHUT despite their hours on Sunday being 10 am - 6 pm. The cashier at the front told me the pharmacist has been gone all of last week.They need to hire MORE pharmacy technicians if you keep falling behind. Its unprofessional to abruptly have their pharmacy shut down. What if I was a diabetic and out of insulin medication? Everyone that was in the store trying to pick up their prescriptions today on Sunday were forced to be turned away and go to the Rite Aid in Moscow which I did.I'm done with Rite Aid pharmacy forever. I'm transferring my prescriptions to a better pharmacy like Walmart or CVS.

Lisa, the pharmacist, was most professional and helpful. I was a bit early before opening in the morning and she came out and helped me when she saw I was waiting. She also helped a gentleman who was also waiting. This is a very stressful and trying time for all professional health care workers so I really appreciate her caring and professional attitude and her customer service.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy ! Called in 2 prescriptions and talked to a pharmasist because they don't check the phone if you leave by the automatic refill extension. I needed the prescriptions filled in a week, went in to pick up after a week and was told they are behind 10 days and they couldn't be done for a couple more days. I insisted they get them done and I would wait. Plus no one answers the phone half the time so have to go in.

Every time I call my local Rite Aid they don't answer the phone. Then when they answer they put me on hold. Worse service I have ever had at Rite Aid!!

They don't refill prescriptions submitted online. They don't refill prescriptions submitted through the automated phone system. And contacting the actual pharmacy is impossible because they either repeatedly send you back to the beginning of the phone system, or just put you on hold for literal hours.

Horrible customer service. Requested prescription refill 2 days earlier and still wasn't done when I picked up after a long wait in line. Told me it was a 10 day turnaround - come on! Still had to wait for it to be refilled and then waited in the long line all over again. Had my prescriptions transferred from this store. Called their 800 number and it accomplished nothing. No way would I recommend.

It is not a very good feeling to go to my pharmacy two separate days on days that it is supposed to be open and it is closed I have been trying to pick up my medication which I depend upon and you guys are close what's going on this is not how businesses operate pharmacies are meant to be open during hours you guys are depriving people of life-saving medications
