I’ve been a loyal customer at this car wash for over four years, with memberships for six different vehicles. One of my cars has had an after market bumper guard since the day I bought it, not sure why it’s on the car but that’s how I brought it and I didn’t care to take it off. I’ve brought it through this car wash countless times without issue, until today. Out of nowhere, the “manager” tells me my car can’t go through because of the bumper guard. I tried to explain that it’s permanently attached and has never been a problem before, but he repeatedly cut me off and refused to listen. It’s disappointing and frustrating to see a business I’ve supported for years treat a loyal customer this way, especially when there’s no consistency in how policies are enforced. If this is how they handle customers who’ve invested in multiple memberships, I can only imagine how they treat new ones. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Went through the Carwash a year ago to get the bugs off the front of the car after a car trip, and the whole front of my car was still full of bugs. I went to the front and they put me through another time for them to still not brush the front and spray the back of the car so I gave up. Today I thought I should try again. I went through with only one guy washing and one side wasn’t touched. I checked the car afterwards and still had tons of bugs and they only sprayed the front. Knowing I would probably have the same results I didn’t bother going through again.

The employees always look like they hate their jobs - especially now that they send someone out to check if you need help with the machines. Which is fair. Honestly, the interference is annoying, as a customer. I don't come to a car wash to chat.

When asked if they could use some extra spray on the bugs on the grill, it seems they hardly did more than normal. Now I'll have to detail it myself. The vacuums worked well.

Went today for the first time and the car wash completely damaged my entire vehicle (which has a fresh paint job I might add) horrible place and didn’t even clean the vehicle this picture is not even 5 minutes after the car wash

So far, this is the only automatic car wash that has gotten all of the bugs off my windshield. It also has a tire treatment gadget at the end and my tires look nice and new, as well as the rest of my clean car. I highly recommend!

Best car wash on the palouse!!!! Hands down not even a competition! People are great, rates are affordable, and they have long hosed vacuums to clean your car out after. They make it too easy! I won't go anywhere else!

I recently took my new Toyota to this car wash and purchased their premium wash option, expecting a proper and careful cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown.
Despite running my car through the wash twice, there were still many dirty spots left untouched. It was clear that the job wasn't done with care or attention to detail. Honestly, all it needed was a more thorough rinse at the start — something that should be standard, especially for a premium service.
Even worse, the wash actually damaged my car's paint — in at least a couple of spots on the front, the paint was stripped off, leaving visible marks (see attached photo). For a new car, this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
In the end, I had to go home and clean the car myself. With just a gentle wipe, I was able to remove the dirt they missed. Their so-called automated wash completely failed to do its job — and actually damaged my vehicle in the process.
I expected much better. I wish I could give no stars. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicle here.

my daughter took her car through this car wash, and it damaged her car, she was told that the owners would contact her within two days, however that never happened. She then went into the car was and spoke with the manager Tori who was extremely rude and dismissive she told my daughter that the car was would not pay to repair her car and that it was already like that before she entered the wash, which it was not. I then called and had the privileged of speaking with Tori when I asked her if she had reviewed the video of the vehicle before it entered the wash, she told me she could not give me any of that information, which is actually all the information that I needed. The vehicle was not damaged before entering the wash and the damage was done by the car wash. We have tried to reach someone in upper management or ownership to this place, but they have not responded to any email that has been sent to them. They have responded to google reviews stating that they would like to make this right, but they do not leave any contact information. If you value your car I would stay away from this place. I am sure that once again an auto prompt will show up on this review stating that they would like to make it right but without a way to contact anyone.
As you can see this is just an automated response that you put on here you have zero desire to talk to us to make the situation right, if you did you would leave a number where I could talk to a manager or owner.
