Live half an hour out of town; came in to pick up a prescription that was sent in yesterday morning. Had two small kiddos and was waiting in line for a bit. Got to the counter and gave my name and birthdate. The lady told me that it would be 45-60 minutes. I let her know I really couldn’t wait that long with two small babies and asked why if it was sent in yesterday that I would still need to wait longer and she said “well we are 700 prescriptions behind. Next in line!” And just dismissed me.
Will never get my prescription filled here ever again.
A little compassion goes a really long way. If she had been a little kinder, I would not have any issue at all.

The pharmacist/ pharmacy manager refused to fill a travel override request to fill a 90 day supply in spite of the facts that the Doctor Prescribed the amount and the insurance ok'd the travel override. Resulting in the override expiring and us having to pay out of pocket expenses at the last minute that were unnecessary if the Insurance override had been processed in a quick and timely fashion. Resulting in us having to pay out of pocket for Rx that the insurance would have covered. The delay has resulted in us paying 4 times what we would normally pay and has negativey created more stress and anxiety about travel and health concerns. This could have been avoided if the intention was to fill the script as prescribed but that appears not to be the case.

NOT very. Ugh. interested in actual in-store customer service. Often have 4-5 employees, all but one of which will actively ignore long lines and stay at their keyboards. Staggered lunches are a thing so folks can still get meds in the middle of the day. Ugh.

Trying to get my prescription filled for HRT has been miserable. I had to wait for the insurance to approve and the pharmacy didn't bother to notify me that they needed more information after that happened. I called to check on the RX and gave them the needed information and they still didn't refill the prescription. 5 days later I went in in person to get it started and they filled a new injectable prescription and didn't ask if I needed needles and syringes and alcohol swabs just handed me the injectable which is supposedly a controlled substance and didn't even ask if I had questions or if I needed to talk to the pharmacist or anything. I had to ask for needles and syringes then they gave me two different kinds of needles and no syringes meaning I had to make another trip back to the pharmacy and they gave me three syringes for medication that I'm going to be taking weekly for the next well forever. I was always taught that you don't reuse syringes for injectables. I do not feel that I was listened to or treated with much respect beyond the very minimum required. Such a disappointing experience all the way around.

Holy moly what can I say other than please hire more staff. Someone to answer the phone would be helpful. I know it's crazy getting good people to work but I need my dang meds. Hopefully I can switch back in the future but for now...

The fact that I have to give this place one star pains me. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to. TERRIBLE customer service, they never have anything ready on time or even within 48 hours of when they say they will, and when they don't have a medication they don't even have the common sense to notify you. Absolutely appalling and ridiculous. I'm actually shocked that they haven't been shut down at this point.

Terrible. My Doc. Called in a pain med. The day before Thanksgiving. It's been 3 days, one store visit, because of not answering their phone calls. No meds. If they can't fill in timely manner please tell customers ahead of time. PLEASE.

The pharmacy has lost a lot of employees recently and it had been difficult for the short staff to keep up. Yesterday was a full staff and instead of hours or days of waiting, it was only 35-minutes for 4 meds. Thank you for working so hard!!
