First time I went in there to buy a diamond necklace and wanted to spend less than a few hundred. The lady was super helpful, showed me several great ones. I had a budget and she found the perfect one for a really good price. Wife loves it, thanks for the help. Will go there again for sure.

Our recent experience with Sam Dial Jewelers was fantastic! They had a wonderful reputation with absolutely everyone we asked concerning them, and now we understand why! We took in my wedding set to have the diamond put into another setting. I knew what I wanted but not quite how to get there. Danica helped us and listened patiently as I tried to describe what I’d like, and then seemed to read my mind. The different settings in her books were all beautiful, but then she turned the page and I knew that was the ONE! My ring was completed quickly and the matching band couldn’t be found without stones in it, so they custom made my band! It was beyond perfect! They all truly went above and beyond to take care of us, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier! We are now lifelong customers!

They helped us get the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding band, the staff is so helpful and thoughtful, and they were extremely conscious of our price range! We absolutely adore them! We got all of our rings from them for both me and my husband and we are so happy that we did!

I can’t express how great the staff is at Sam Dial. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I came in nervous with vague ideas about an engagement ring, and from there the staff worked together to help me get something that my soon to be wife is in love with. They also were amazing at helping both of us pick wedding bands and made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. They have been so friendly and warm and the work is amazing. One thing I was nervous about was budget, but they will work with you on whatever budget you have and their pricing is EXTREMELY competitive. I would say you are making a mistake if you are looking anywhere else for jewelry.

I had the absolute best experience at Sam Dial! We went in several times to look at wedding bands and each time we were helped and had our questions answered. I was interested in one of the bands but wanted it in rose gold and they couldn’t get it in for me to see before I purchased. They went out of their way and literally colored it in as close to rose gold as they could online and sent me a photo! I decided on the band I wanted and went in and Sam himself helped me finish out the transaction. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they gave us! They’re affordable, so kind, and are very knowledgeable.

We got an engagement ring and wedding bands here. Their whole team has been so amazing to work with. Everyone is so attentive and personable. They genuinely care about your vision and work within your budget to achieve it. The jeweler's and engraver's work is not only beautiful, also very timely. I surprised my fiancé by engraving his wedding band, and they all seemed almost as excited about it as I was. They also communicated with us very well, keeping us in the loop of our ring process. Honestly, I cannot recommend them enough- really genuine people and outstanding craftmanship.
