I had the best experience at Sherwin-Williams today. The service was so helpful and they made me feel like I was at home. I was offered coffee and giving a full tour of what Sherwin has to offer. I am a colorblind individual and Ally helped me all along the way. I can't see green well and that's the color I wanted but Ally help me pick the best option. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I really like the Pullman Sherwin-Williams store and usually love S-W paint. I drive 40 miles to get it. My beef is with the last gallon of paint I purchased. It was ProClassic for trim and doors. It was the worst gallon of paint I’ve used for 30 years. It would not cover well and was an odd consistency. I finally threw it out and pulled another partial gallon of paint out of the basement(Sherwin-Williams) and it worked fine.I don’t know if it was bad batch or if the door/trim paint is just like this. I will continue to use Sherwin-Williams paint….just not that kind.
