I cannot recommend Sims Glass enough. They took an incredibly stressful situation—my son’s bedroom window shattering when a shingle flew through it during a windstorm while he was sleeping—and made it so much easier to handle. They responded immediately, helped clean up the broken glass, and had the window ordered and installed within two days, just before holiday break. I am so grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and quick response. Truly outstanding service from start to finish.

Fantastic customer service! They were able to squeeze my car in for a replacement windshield Friday of a holiday weekend. Despite wanting to leave early they took the extra time to vacuum the broken glass out of my cars carpet and even transferred over the oil change sticker.

Called three times over three months to get an estimate on two new French exterior doors and never heard back. Thought I would give them one last chance so I called again after being out on hold two times got disconnected. How sad. Moving on.
