Internet was laggy, for 3 people with 500mbps, which is fine. I go to cancel the subscription, and it was SUCH A HASSEL! It took 20 minutes to cancel. I told them I already found another company that was offing $35 cheaper a month for 1G internet, and they called me a liar, tried to look it up and tell me I was wrong ( I already signed up for the service, I am not wrong)! Then proceed by telling me since I was wrong on the price, that they can beat the made-up price they claimed I was paying. What horrible customer service. If this new company doesn't work out, I will never return to Spectrum. I will look elsewhere.

Hunter’s professional expertise assisted us in transferring service on our cell phones from Verizon to Spectrum. He was great!!! 6 stars out of 5!

Our service was good for the first year, but once they upped the price, it was terrible. I had to reset our modem & router at least once a week just to have any wifi at all. I called to request a fix, but it just sent me to a robot that reset my modem from the phone, which still didn't fix the issue. It was so frustrating that we finally just switched over to Ziply.

Although Spectrum may have its ups and downs, I have found that the customer service hotline is rather helpful! Thank you Jeanie for helping me get my modem back online despite the work arounds of it being under a bulk contract and the difficulties of locating it.

I deeply regret to share that my recent experience with the company's customer service has been less than satisfactory. For the past few months, I have been billed $72.00 each month for three services that I never requested nor used. Seeking a resolution, I contacted the company and spoke with Eric, who unfortunately turned out to be the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered.During the call, Eric initially assured me that he would remove the unwanted services and switch my plan back to just Internet. However, when I inquired about receiving credits for the previous bills and unused services, he mentioned that I should have mentioned this earlier in the call, as it was not possible now. His response, "closed mouths never get fed," baffled and disappointed me.Furthermore, Eric provided misleading information about my new service bill, stating it would be only $24.00 per month. Though he offered me a credit towards this month's bill, he failed to disclose that I would still be charged for the three unused services this month, and the changes wouldn't take effect until next month. It felt like he was attempting to pacify me without fully addressing the issue.Upon calling the company again today, another representative cited that I should have read the "terms and conditions." However, this response did little to alleviate my frustration with the situation.Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the way this matter was handled by the company's customer service team. Such practices are unprofessional and unfair to customers. I cannot wait to relocate and switch to a more reputable and reliable internet service provider.

A headache. Every time I log in or use the app, some part of it isn't working. They stopped notifiying us of data usage so we often go over. They just sort of stop a lot of things without telling you, which works to make more money I suppose. The rates go up astronomically each year, though thankfully you can negotiate down. They cancelled our auto pay without telling us, and charged us a late fee when we didn't notice. Chatting with an agent is very difficult to do, and there's no email support. In store service is nice, but they can't do everything.

The store was very welcoming and very helpful. Not very busy so the staff are ready to help you however they can as soon as you get there. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars however is they are probably great for getting anything other than an internet package for your apartment. If you're getting internet in Pullman look somewhere else, the internet they offer is slow on Ethernet, and you might as well use mobile data for the wifi.

I'm so not a fan of their customer service reps!!! They are normally extremely rude at this store! I was FINALLY able to find someone who wasn't rude. It was a miracle! If you go there and find a man named John H. He was awesome!

Charged for a full month of service ten days after I canceled and they disconnected their service. It might be legal, but it certainly feels unethical.

Told us one price charged us a MUCH higher one, internet is okay but not good. It turned off earlier today and wouldn't let me back in. said I had to activate it which didn't do anything. Support chat was very quick to respond but told me the owner of the account (my roommate) would have to call someone else. When he did he was told it just got shut off, no reason given. That was like an hour ago and it's still off. If you have another option for internet take it.
