Staff is goofing off while customers are waiting for their food, the cashiers are the only ones moving the line. The baristas do not understand the concept of move with purpose. This is the standard of Starbucks?

There’s no reason that baristas are making refreshers and tea in the actual cup itself. Starbucks standard is in the shaker, no one wants an uneven drink. It takes two extra seconds to make the drink the way it’s supposed to be made and it makes the drink taste perfect. You can TASTE the fact that it’s not made right. There’s also no reason a drink made in the shaker should have 2 inches of room at the top if you’re correctly making the drink. I never order light ice and yet I’ll order a trenta and receive a drink with a significant amount of room. If i wanted a venti, I’d order a venti. Some serious retraining needs to be done here.

I know this Starbucks it’s busy and all the staff are really under pressure when the line it’s long ( that it’s always because it’s the only Starbucks in campus) so I understand and have empathy with the staff, but I was really not happy with the attitude that one of the feminine staff give when give service even when I tried to make things work with her I wasn't getting that desire to cooperate back.I ended up leaving the site with an incomplete order, not because of time but because I am a person who prefers to avoid problems instead of staying there arguing because they simply did not put me salted caramel coldfoam when I paid for it, I only recommend that you try to give the better customer attitude no matter how unusual their order is and more importantly IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT BEING RUDE TO YOU OR GIVING YOU A BAD ATTITUDE, I feel you shouldn't treat the customer bad especially if they are trying to cooperate with you and leave your personal problems outside of working hoursBy the way I have work in Starbucks (I love it) before and I know that sometimes customers can be rude and we as employees don’t deserve thatBut I’m here taking my time typing this because I am 100% sure that I wasn’t rude at all

It’s great place and I have been ordering from this Starbucks since 2019, but I have a problem with the old women works there, I don’t know her name but she is red headed and she is short, anyway every time I go there to order she treats me differently, she is kinda rude, I felt racism, I don’t want to judge her but I noticed when I finished ordering, an American girl comes to order and suddenly she (old woman) becomes the sweetest woman in the world and she chat,smile and laugh withe her, for me she doesn’t even response when I say hello. I thought I am the only one but no, all my friends who have the same nationality as me, got the same experience from this women. We are Arab and our religion is Islam (Muslim), we Muslim girl required to wear hijab (scarf) but that does not mean to be treated like this. This is racism and we don’t like it. I had the same awful experience for 3 years, sometimes I hate to go there just because of her, but I have to because it’s the nearest and I have classes in spark. Any way, if you see my review please let her know that we are all the same.Thanks

Never heard a Starbucks store that closes at 4 pm and on weekends! And the last two times I went there they didn’t have the drink that I want. Selections aren’t as many as the other store just outside the campus.

Lines are always super long, you can go in and be the first person but they only have 1 espresso stand running both the drivetheough and in house so you can still wait forever for your drink despite the baristas being incredibly fast at their job.
