Quality of customer service is a hit or miss depending on who is working register. I usually have no problem with Sunset mart. But today the cashier had an attitude unprovoked. Also if you’re looking to apply for a job here good luck. They won’t follow up with you. When you contact them they’ll act as if the interview never happened and say the position has been filled when it hasn’t. I’ve been told to keep trying and that they are desperate for workers. But the same position has been posted for months. Seems to me that this business is intentionally staying understaffed to save money. I pity the people who work here.

Wow! The wine selection here is so amazing, they have everything from bubbles to rose to red blends, including locals, WA coug wines and imports! I’ve never been to a gas station that had such a good variety of wines. I stopped in to grab some snacks and fell in love with the wine section. I’ll definitely be back for any special occasions or just a Friday night wine bottle! Definitely check them out if your local or in town for something and need a bottle/box/single can of good wine.

Melissa works weekday evenings here and is the best cashier ever! Always has a smile and I look forward to seeing her every time I come in. It’s refreshing to get a cashier that is helpful checks me out quickly and is genuinely nice!

Oil changes are efficient and well-done. The gas station could use some work. Too often, payment at the pumps is broken.

Just reviewing the gas station. They also have a mechanic shop that does small work like oil changes or tire rotation. Maybe more but I can't vouch to that so I would call or check their online Facebook page. Chevron gas outside and a touch-less car wash. A few parking spaces but nothing wild. Generally you pull in to fill up or hit the convenience store and leave. Can be a problem potentially for graduation, game, or parent weekends but this part of Pullman doesn't see a lot of traffic. Inside the store has the essentials. Alcohol. Cigarettes. Snacks and all the usual drinks you'd expect anywhere else. You can purchase lotto tickets and "put twenty dollars on pump ten" if that's your style. Some hot food but it's certainly questionable. Give the other reviews a view. Works in a pinch but it's not a brand new station. Just some nice people and depending on the day the cheapest gas in town.

So this is a review on the oil shop not the mart but as I sit in the waiting room while my car is getting an oil change the 2 gentleman working today can be heard through the window quite regularly complaining and cursing up a storm about something. I'm not sure what their beef was but the cursing was out of control for being in ear shot of customers. What if I had kids with me? That's my only complaint the oil change itself went fine. Just unprofessional workers today. If it's any consolation this is the first time I have experienced this which is why I gave it an ok rating vs bad.

Good convenience store nicely located between campus and Walmart on Bishop Road. The only Chevron station in town. It has a car wash.

Super quick service ! they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff & just kept the basics, which i appreciated. Jason (i believe that was his name) gave me a discount and they even gave me a coupon for a free drink and car wash :) definitely recommend!

The service I received at the oil/lube center was fantastic. I'd been going to a national chain for oil changes but was irritated with their sales gimmicks. The folks at Sunset Lube were courteous, helpful, and very fast. As long as I live in Pullman, they will be my oil change experts.
