Sales representative Jaden was great. However car was not detailed like they told me and I discovered that one of the control panels was not working. This happens but when I informed them of it they said there is nothing they can do and it would have to go to warranty. This again is fine as it is a used car but I would like them to be more aware of the function of their used cars and especially the cleanliness which was awful. I also don’t think your staff should be using vehicles you are trying to sell as their daily drivers as it seemed with the vehicle I bought.

In and out, was able to get in on short notice. They're cheaper than other shops in town in my experience. I won't take my 4Runner anywhere else now.

We were passing through town and had a headlight go out. We were able to get fixed up promptly and for less than the estimate. Especially loved the shuttle service to and from where we were staying in Pullman, and the friendly service. Thank you!
