I wish I could give less than one star . These people are beyond the worst. They’ve received my package and returned it to the sender 3 times for no reason. I’m almost inclined to believe it’s on purpose. They need to fire someone at this friggin dump.

Ups takes forever ya suck stop putting on the tracking info the estimated delivery date and don't deliver it the same day

They can't deliver packages to your address. Actually, they can't figure out your address. They are quite weird. Poor answers when you drive there to pick up packages they should have delivered. About 40 miles round trip for me..... I paid for delivery and then you gave to do it yourself!

A middle aged blonde woman that was working today was rather rude a dismissive. I came to drop off a pre paid package and within 0.25 of a second of handing her the package she says “this is for usps not us” I said “oh not ups, ok thanks” she then said nothing and gave me a look as if she said “duh”. Upon arriving to usps I give my label a second look to not only see it says “UPS Mail Innovations Returns” on it. It also says in fine print at the bottom that I can bring it to my mail box, give it to a postal carrier, take it to the post office, or TAKE IT TO A UPS STORE!

Ups driver drove by and didn't stop while i was outside. marked it as severe weather delay with no date of retry. messaged on facebook and told them he drove by without stopping and they said they can't control the weather and i need to be patient, missing the whole point that he was right there and didn't stop. tried to call the center to get someone to call the driver to turn around and come back, however the automated system seems to not understand anything even when yelling each number one at a time and it wouldn't pass me to a real person. Overall, lazy drivers, mean and unhelpful team on a social platform which seems unprofessional, useless automated phone system. im sure that ups as a whole isn't that bad, just the local drivers. most the time they hand my deliveries to usps and it takes an extra day but gets here. this time im not counting on it being here tomorrow either, however ill stand in the road to block him if i have to just to get him to stop.

I've had so many issues with missing packages since moving to Pullman, though most have been through USPS rather than UPS. Had a UPS package marked today as delivered at about noon, but saw no sign of it. I was home all day and never heard a knock or anything. I reported it missing immediately, and they found and delivered it by about 6 or 6:30 pm. They messed up, but they fixed it when I informed them through their system. 100x better than USPS that keeps making me wait 2-4 days just to call and ask if the package ever showed up.

Delayed deliver 4 days now. I was supposed to have my package delivered at 2:00 PM today, it is now 3:35, and no delivery. I called the UPS customer service and was told it was due to severe weather, which the roads have been clear all day. I was on hold, then the Pullman office picked up, I was talking with an agent, told him a supervisor was on the line with me prior. He asked someone, "was that you?" to which they replied "yes". He said hello, I said yes, hello, and he hung up.

I would rate 0 stars if i could. Has consistently been unable or unwilling to find our address even with delivery instructions, did a return to sender on a package stating the address didn't exist (it does exist and is clearly marked) and every time we go in to figure out what the hell is going on with our mail the lady at the front desk is always passive aggressive and rude. If I could get all of my packages delivered through FedEx I would considering they have been the complete opposite experience and have actually found our address and delivered packages (ya know, like a shipping company is supposed to do.)

I haven't personally been to the UPS center in Pullman, but I wanted to give a shoutout to the drivers that deliver on my street in Moscow. My boyfriend and I had tons of packages delivered recently and UPS is always fast, and efficient, and offers stellar service. I was trying to get our drink cooler out there before UPS delivered but they were too fast. I'll be sure to make sure I'm prepared for the next round of packages that will inevitably be delivered. Thank you for all that you do, especially this time of the year. I used to work for FedEx and now I always try to order packages that give priority to UPS. Thank you again for your awesome service!
