Just wanted to give a big thanks to Donna. She processed a large batch of dingy quarters that ultimately made a mess of her hands. She smiled the entire time. Great customer service!

After almost 7 years being a customer at this branch, I felt I got humiliated. A new face banker who could not help or at least respect me while I'm discussing an issue with my account. The issue is simple, a had a check which I've deposited using an ATM got canceled that drop my balance under 0$ bringing a overdraft fee on my account, all happened early morning at 3:00 am. She hardly explained that I forgot to sign the back of the check (my fault), but she couldn't explain why I got the fee as everything happened today. I was willing to pay the fees, that was not the problem, but I need to understand why! After she printed out my last transactions, she was quickly frustrated when I pointed out that she was not aware with time of each transaction, AM or PM. Finally, in the middle of my talking, she called up on anther customer, by name, who is waiting in the line I guess that she is done with me, and he started laughing..how rode!

Donna ..a teller and the manager of this Branch are so awesome. It's a very long story but ..in short they renewed my faith that small town bank atmospheres are not lost. I am actually in my truck with tears of gratitude right now. . I'm so grateful for there kindness.... ...Tracy Kissler ..

Average service. Banked with them for years though and it's been the same at most branches. Guess that's just the US Bank brand. Opened my first account with them here. Parking lot in back. One ATM drive through where you can deposit checks and cash. Withdraw money from your accounts. Also a drive through teller if stopping inside isn't your style. Inside you have your home lone officer. Car loans and personal loans. A little area where the kids can sit and color or play with toys. Counter with about four tellers. Only ever see two open at once and that's during lunch. Generally one is counting change while the other helps process your transaction. Pretty stingy if you wanted to swoop some coin rolls. They'll take your deposited coins. But even as a member they are not completely friendly. Part of the small town vibe/college town unfortunately. Chase, Ameriwest, WSECU, and Bank of America are other options.

I've always said it " this is why I don't bank here" but it's true US Bank in Pullman has the worst customer service I've ever seen! They are horrible, an rude about it. Their tellers need to take some customer service type courses, the customer is always right, right or at least is supposed to be, I thought your goal is to gain business not to push it away! Just wanted to say thanks for just about ruining my daughters 6th birthday! I will never ever bank with you!

A good bank working closely with WSU. US Bank also has a branch in CUB.
