They steal so much money from you! I get notifications whenever a transaction is made on my account telling me exactly who, and how much came out of it. I keep track of it all, and whenever the money comes out, it reflects on my balance, which is normal and shows as pending. But somehow it seems a day or so later, way more money than I even spent comes out of my account. So I call and question the transactions, and they say, “Oh sir, they just were pending and had not yet come out.†YES THEY DID! Because I put that exact amount in my account and somehow an extra $20, plus an overdraft fee comes out. I'm so done with US Bank. If you're considering this bank. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. They steal so much from you.

Will steal your money. Stick with credit unions. they recently stole $45 from me for one too many transactions and they took $78 from my roommate recently. So thanks for helping my roommate and I starve.

Rudest, most unhelpful staff. A check for money owed to me was rejected well after the bank added the funds to my account. The bank doesn't inform me they just allow several hundred dollars in overdraft fees pile up. Fees I did nothing to cause. I rush to the bank to make a deposit to at least bring the account current. That was 72 hours ago and they have not released the funds. On Monday I make another deposit, one to replace the one that they reject earlier. That deposit is still being held and was made with plenty of time for them to clear it and bring my account current. The staff at the WSU brank are inefficient, rude, and unhelpful. I say this as someone whose has had to deal with bank in Paris.

U.S. Bank branch inside the Compton Union Building. ATM and two tellers if you have any specific customer service questions. Make your deposits and withdrawals with a teller. Start an account then go upstairs for some Panda Express! Other than that I think the services are just the essentials. See a full US Bank location for your loans and whatnot. Withdrawals at the ATM. No cash or check deposits though. Have to do that in person with a teller. Twenty four hours or as long as the CUB is open. Not much else to say. It's safe, indoors right on the lower CUB floor. Your normal bank ATM and branch but with a stripped down express vibe. They'll charge you an ATM fee If you're not a US Bank customer. Maybe just get cash back elsewhere if you really need a few twenties. Nice option though If you are a US Bank member. Wells Fargo or Chase, too bad.
