Customer service was genuinely helpful and cared about helping us through the move. Everyone did their best to work within our timeframe. Our driver, Shannon, was very patient and managed to expertly navigate our narrow and muddy street to pick up our storage all on a rainy day

Caesar, the delivery driver dropped off the container on schedule. Placed it where I asked and made sure it was sitting level with the doors facing the correct direction.

Luis G. was the driver who dropped our Packrat off he was GREAT. After we have had alot of issues during this move and it has been a struggle to have anything go right. But I am so very Grateful that Luis G. came in on his day off to make sure we had our Packrat before Thanksgiving. Thank you so much for being an amazing human its not common these days sadly. Very professional very kind very caring!!! This man needs a raise!

Shannon did an amazing job delivering our container. I really appreciate the extra time she took to give us lots of advance notice, make sure she wasn't blocking anything with the container placement, and ensure a second container would fit.
