Don't use these people unless you're willing to pay for fixing their damage. Had to visit another shop to fix the problem they created that didn't exist before they touched it. Sad.

These guys know what they are doing and are honest and affordable. We've had a total transmission overhaul that was super scary they reassured us that it will be done right it's been over a year and our truck has zero issues with the tranny and engine. Just today we had to have our rear brakes done which was another scary situation money is tight, I can tell you that compared to anyone else they are not only THEE most affordable but also thee most trustworthy and stand by their work which is one of the main reasons why we use them for any concerns with our 2018 suburban. Thank you for always going above and beyond. The wife 😊

Honestly, this shop is amazing. I have brought multiple trucks here. And the owner is a standup guy. He does great work and is honest and direct. Something that he has been lost in society. I highly recommend this shop to all!As I read through the comments, Mr. Ford has it ever crossed your mind that a surprise may not be a thing when you’re ripping some thing apart trying to diagnose it? Also when a place is as busy as this one because of treating customers like family and going the extra mile time and time again and do you not think schedules fill up or do you assume they should build a skyscraper off the side of the shop hire employees pay more taxes just to accommodate your car? Hardly worth a one star review and reading that was shameful especially when the company nor any of its employees did anything wrong. You are trying to affect the livelihood of an entire group of people and for what? Being a spoiled brat

Tried obtaining their services many times but they refuse to give me any quotes or pricing on the repairs I need that they offer. I have called multiple days in a row and talked to the same guy every time and still nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ HERE! Ended up having my car serviced @ Mikes Shop in Buckley and He I can highly recommend ?

I called around needing a transmission everyone was 3 to 5 weeks that they would need my truck. I use my truck daily for my independent pilot car business ,anyway I called 161 garage and the owner was very friendly told me what I was going to be charged and that he could get this all done in 2 to 3 day's . So I told him let's do it and he told me that if I can drop my truck off Wednesday he would have it done probably Friday. Fast forward he called this morning at 8:30 am to let me know that the job was complete and ready for pick up. Let me say this when I dropped my truck off Wednesday late afternoon around 4pm he had already had my new transmission on my word that I was going to have him install when I dropped my truck off so basically they installed my transmission and took the old one out in a 8hr shift very impressive. When you have a small business and something breaks it can cost you more then just a repair it can cost you a job and much more money in time loss the longer you are without so its important in my line of work to have reliable and fast and good work. Thank you very much 161 garage for keeping me going .

Rude people, bad work and they lie/scam. Told me I needed a head job or possibly a northern engine. I got second opinion, it ended up being a water pump and all kinds of leaks.
