They got my car in quickly. They updated me 2-3 times a week about the updates with my car. After everything was fixed there was one small adjustment they needed to make and I had to grab it the next day but nothing to be upset about. They communicated, fixed everything beautifully. Walt and the other staff at Caliber Collision were extremely helpful and kind when I took my Toyota in for repairs. They were patient, detailed, and understanding. They made sure I was informed throughout the repair process and even came in to return my car to me when it was done early. I had a great experience and would gladly go back if I need another repair.

Had a panel that needed to be realigned after I went to pick it up and there were a couple of new scuffs in the tail light that were not there when I dropped it off but the paint was matched perfectly with no drips or imperfections. Communication was prompt and turn-around time was reasonable.

I had a fantastic experience here after an unfortunate accident. The service was fast, friendly and professional. They helped me with my rental car and got me on my way quickly when I took my car in and out quickly when I checked out. The repairs were done quickly and they kept me informed on the progress twice a week. The car looks as good as new, you wouldn't even know that it has been repaired.

Our hatch wouldn't close using the power button, so we tried out Caliber. They wouldn't even attempt it because they have a lifetime guarantee and weren't confident their fix would hold up that long.
We took it somewhere else and they fixed it no problem, and at a reasonable price. It may not last a lifetime, but that's not what I was after.
The guarantee might sound nice, but after my experience it comes off as a gimmick. They only take the easy jobs, which is why their fixes last. And those could probably be fixed anywhere and still last a lifetime

Our car was vandalized and our insurance selected these fine folks to repair it for us. They communicated regularly and clearly over the time of the repair. Everything was clear and straightforward. Walt went above and beyond by coming back after hours to facilitate me picking up the car the night before we had a flight to catch. Would definitely recommend them!

Caliber Collision is a top notch company. I have enjoyed using their services on more than one occasion. This time it was Caliber Collision on River Road in Puyallup.
There is a whole culture of respect, integrity and professionalism there. I almost felt like a celebrity with how quickly and politely I was addresses and arrangements were made for my vehicle repairs. Conveniently, I was even able to get my rental car while I was there, and C.C. made the arrangements for me!
The repairs to my vehicle were professional, and they were through several days before they promised to have it ready.
To Sum it up, if you like being treated with respect and dignity and enjoy friendly, fast service done the right way the first time, you will LOVE Caliber Collision!

Super great experience. Walt was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole time about repair updates for my car. My car ended up being ready 2 days before the initial ETA which was nice :) It was also really easy to get a rental car because Enterprise was 2 doors down. They drove the rental over to me at Caliber and I never had to go anywhere else but the parking lot at Caliber, seamless experience!
