It is Friday July 19, 2024. The store is suppose to close at 9pm. I pulled in the parking lot at 8:49pm and saw the clerk at the cash register. The door was locked and the guy at the register walked to the back of the store

I have been there so many times with so many issues with my car but William is always willing to go above and beyond and help me fix my car , without his help I probably wouldn’t have a running car. Their customer service is amazing <3

Superb service, thought I just needed a new battery...they fixed me up in a jiffy, even though my car kept causing more issues. They kept fighting to be sure I left with a safe car to drive!

Called asked for a battery for a 2008 rabbit and, 1 they knew the car 2 had it in and I was in my way very quickly
I called O'Reilly first and the kid had no ideal what a VW Rabbit was. All he could do it keep repeating RABBIT.

William was amazing man truthfully, I needed help bad because my window stopped rolling up, if I would have taken it to BMW they would have charged an excessive amount of money and he did it for me for only $50 and the kindness of his heart. OMG, I got much help in such a short amount of time from this place. The employee’s name is William and is fantastic! I told him I need help with scanning my car because of my check engine light is on and he was able to figure it out quickly without an issue. This was the 4th time and 4th location of going to auto shops and it worked out! I walked out very happy. Affordable and great customer service.
Went back again shortly after to buy an item from inside of the store. It was affordable and the customer service was superb. This employee’s name is Kevin. He will inform you of everything their loyalty program has available.
