  Home Depot contracted them to install our A/C unit in 2015. There have been problems from the beginning. No communication after installation when we inquired about poor cooling on the second floor. Zero. The unit had faulty parts the contractor knew about that we had to repair at our expense the very next year. Fast forward to May 2021, we had the unit serviced normally. June 22, the air blows out but not cold all while the unit sits silently outdoors. At the hefty price of over $7000 this is beyond less than acceptable. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!!

  Cory was very knowledgable, approachable, and friendly. He explained his recommendations clearly, why he made them, and was amazing in his efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommended and would request him to service out trane system again anytime!
