Convenient location, friendly staff and clean store

I wasn’t going to leave a review because mistakes happen. We listen and we don’t judge.
But! Here we are .
I returned two separate items to this store that I purchased from amazon. They were alike items but separate. They bar code was scanned for each but the Amazon warehouse only received one. This is because they bagged them together and sent them in. Now you would think since they scanned the barcode it would be out of my hands right? Apparently not. I was re charged for me return because it wasn’t sent in before the deadline. This shouldn’t be a me problem. Had the workers been trained properly. I sound like such a Karen . Remember when I said I wasn’t going to make a 1 star review? I went in and talked to someone about it and the lady working was so condescending and threw a business card at me and told me to call Amazon. Be so for real.

Ive been coming here since it opened and Ive never had a single complaint, everyone is so nice and recently they hired this really nice lady named Cheryl(?) I think, shes so friendly, everytime I come in and shes working my mood is instantly better. She radiates positivity.

The location itself gets five stars for great staff, always a clean well stocked store. I’ve had a couple of fails on their food, got a ready-made sandwich that was all wet. I don’t know what happened. Their hot to order quesadillas? The guacamole is completely tasteless so I would skip on these two things, but their fresh pastries are amazing so is the coffee and made to order breakfast sandwiches 👍

This was my first visit to Amazon Go and I was so pleased by the shopping experience they offer. It was so easy. Scan the in-store code in the Amazon app and then shop for whatever you want and walk out the door. No lines or wasted time. They offer all the standard convenience items as well as made to order foods, wine and beer. There was an attendant available if you need help with anything. The store was impeccably clean and well stocked. Outdoor seating was available to enjoy a meal or snack on-site. They even had sushi. I loved the experience and just wish they had more of these stores across the country.

When you enter, you’ll need to go on the app, click in-store code and scan the barcode to enter. I didn’t know that prior to going. The woman working was very friendly and helpful! I didn’t purchase anything, only made a return.

I really enjoyed going in the store, it’s great to be able to stop in and grab some stuff, fruit, sushi, sandwiches, etc., and have a place where we can return Amazon orders. I was impressed by how efficient the system is. Grant you, the fresh fruit is a little high for it. But it’s convenient, and hopefully they’ll reduce the cost of some of the items they sell which are fresh.
Look, fresh produce, fresh meals, fresh food and a place where you can get a breakfast sandwich made fresh, and other things that’s better quality does cost a little more.
Overall, I really appreciate that they’re two locations close to me.
I will continue to shop there.
But suggestions- reduce the cost of your fresh fruit bowls, and some other of the fresh items. And Bagel chips.
Customer service excellence, and staff so friendly- I truly appreciate the ease of going there.

Did a return today and noticed I was charged for a drink that I never even walked out of the store with. Tried calling customer service for $2.49 drink and was transferred multiple times and hung up on, It’s not even worth my time stressing over this, but I will not touch another thing in their store.

Waste of time. I stopped going since the prices are too much. But decided to try again but sat in front of the store for a couple minutes trying to get a qr code to get in but the Amazon app wouldn't generate it and I tried searching all over the place and it wouldn't come up. So I just ended up leaving.
