One of the worst costumer service experiences- all of the staff was too busy talking to each other to acknowledge us.
When we were ready to check out, the cashier said give me a minute and proceeded to ring another employee out first extremely slowly all the while talking to the staff and what appeared to be the manager.
Very unpleasant experience.

The sales associate was so pushy trying to get customers to enroll in credit card at check out. Said no more than five times and She kept asking in multiple ways. That is not the way to do it.

they should train the employees more, They couldn't tell me if I could return a pair of pants with the tag on. And on top of that after buying pajamas I realized that they hadn't taken off the security tag.

I came in to find a pair of jeans as a christmas present. My overall experience was pleasant. Employees were friendly and helpful. No line to wait for the fitting room and I didn’t have to wait long to make a purchase. I’m impressed with the quality and will be back.

My mom took me out shopping for my bday and I found a sweater that I loved that was originally $49.99 and we were planning on getting two. When we went to check out the manager named Maria let us know that tomorrow they are all going on sale for $19.99. So I picked out 4 sweaters for the price of 2 and she put them on hold for us to pick up today. Super nice she even told us that yesterday. Made my mom and I’s day. Thank you Maria 😊

Everyone is always so friendly whenever I walk in and I am always greeted the second I enter. The associates are very knowledgeable about their product and if they do not have the answer, they will let you know and try to figure it out by asking someone else, like their manager Kaikah, I appreciate how much she knows about the products and what's in store. The atmosphere there is very calming and the store is always so so clean. I used to come here prior to the new management and I always kinda felt mean girl vibes but coming in now, it's super welcoming. Kaikah let me know of any deals going on, and showed me where to find the product and all. I came in to purchased a hoodie here for my husband and some jeans for me. My husband wanted a specific all white hoodie and Kaikah went above and beyond to help us find one, ensuring that it was the correct size for him too. When I was searching for jeans, Kaikah ensured to let me know I could try them on, I swear I tried on a lot of jeans, but in the end, I appreciated that she let me know I could try them on so I wasn't just walking out of the store hoping the jeans looked good on me or that they fit. Highly recommended.

My granddaughter rides horses and needs a strong pair of jeans! Went to several stores but the American Eagle at tacoma mall had exactly what we were looking for! She is 10 years old and most stores don't have her CORRECT size. American Eagle helped us and I will recommend them to everyone! You guys rock!

I came in looking for jeans not knowing what size to try. Felt very welcomed and got a ton of help finding what I needed. They didn't have the exact thing I needed in store sadly, but they were absolutely lovely.
