I recently set up a new AT&T service for my son who lives in Hawaii. Unfortunately, attempts to resolve some issues through online chat and customer service calls were unsuccessful.
I then visited the store and was greeted by Sean. He immediately started working on resolving our issue and even communicated directly with my son.
Sean provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. I highly recommend this store for any AT&T service needs.

Great IN store experience with Ethan at the South Hill Mall in Puyallup WA, the exception being a bait and switch of the sales associate absent their expertise in AT&T rules and regulations. In the fine print it is listed that upon adding a new phone you must wait 90 days for cancelation. I was briefed on prorated until canceled and found out the hard way calling to cancel my other line. To be brief, I desired to gain my own local number and cancel my out of state number, while maintaining both to move everything other in terms of 2 way authenticators, and etc. Unless a NUMBER SWAP is performed you must hold onto all numbers for 90 days. Luckily AT&T loyalty helped downgrade that existing line and provide more discounts, but I was lied to in the store whether intentionally or not. This is unacceptable.

Austin caused hours of customer service calls and trade in problems. He didn't give me my pin, account number, or password, messed up my shipping address. Also told me how much he would make from my purchase on commission. Honestly will never go back to that store.

My first experience at this place was terrifying. Someone came in with the clear intent of robbing the store. Luckily, the man who was helping me thought quickly and gave him what he wanted from behind the counter for free. This man - I wish I'd gotten his name - was super kind and helpful. He got me what I needed and helped me with the rest as quickly as he could.My second experience wasn't so great. I went to return a phone I'd ordered online. The AT&T website states that you can return an online purchase to any AT&T store. I drove all the way out there, just for this misinformed woman to tell me she couldn't return the phone, because it wasn't from her stock. After calling AT&T and explaining the situation, they were just as confused as I was. I know she was new, but what? They couldn't have had someone help her do the return, and they'd rather she just lied?Long story short, I won't be returning to this AT&T because 1) it's clearly not safe to do so, and 2) I don't appreciate wasting gas to get there just to be lied to by someone who doesn't know how to do their job.

Awful customer service. Adonis and her coworker lied and charged our bill for things without any explanation. Adonis’ coworker told us we could get AirPod pros for only 25 dollars because we upgraded our four phones. After I kept asking her to clarify, that they would be no more charges no hidden fees for taking the AirPod pros. That they were flat out 25 and that would be it, she kept saying yes! It is such a good deal. So we believed them. They said because we upgraded four phones we could take two AirPod pros for $50. AGAIN we tried clarifying that we wouldn’t be charged anything else for the headphones. They said yes. I even paid with a separate card from my account just for the AirPods. We just got our bill, with a 48 dollar charge for accessories for the next 12 months for the AirPods. The girls not only lied about the AirPods but lied about other charges they made to the account that we had no idea of. We went to the store today, and explained the situation, the girl instantly knew who we were talking about making me think they have had issues like this before. But they did not help us because it was past 14 days. But we just got our bill two days ago. How the hell were we supposed to come in before the 14 days without any knowledge that they were going to keep charging us when they specifically told us that there were going to be no charges anymore for the AirPod pros. I could of bought these AirPods cheaper somewhere else instead of paying them for the next 12 months. Absolutely ridiculous. The people that work here are sneaky and liars and don’t even know what they are offering you.

I have been looking for a phone in a certain color. I called and spoke with Alex. He said he could tuck the one I wanted away. I had some problems with AT&T that day and I walked into Alex’s store already in a bad mood. Alex was an absolute legend. He explained the process, got me the phone I wanted, and lowered my bill.I said this to Alex and I meant it; “you are the only person I will do business with in regards to new phones.” I couldn’t be happier with the experience I received. Thank you, Alex.
