I was pleasantly surprised by the competence, courtesy, attention and quality of work of this shop. I would especially like to mention Krystal, who is a very experienced and courteous worker, capable of performing many tasks at the same time and treating each client with care. She definitely deserves her name and a promotion!

We came into the store to have phones changed over. Krystal, Octavio and Alexanderdid a great job transferring our data without any glitches. Requested they be compensated by the company for there great support. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with both.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone and trade in my old phone on 12/26. I talked to the guy was helping me that I want to upgrade and trade in so many time throughout the process but he did not do what I'm ask for, he did upgrade the phone but did not put the trade in on the agreement, and also he did not show me the estimated and what is on the agreement, he was hiding his ipad on purpose when I look at it. I have to call att customers service work it for hours when i got home. He try to sell me all of the stuff that I dont need even tho i told him i dont need so many time. This is such a horrible experience. I never come here again.

Lynn was awesome! He was so friendly and did everything he could to help us. We were thinking of switching to T-Mobile, but I'm glad we didn't.

I came in to check if our plan we currently have was right for our needs. We were looking at new phones too. Connor Hines worked with all of the family and got everyone set up and all upgraded. Go Connor!!! When my family is happy, I am happy.
