first thing manager Robert unprofessional Too bad service with customer
Soi came here bought 5 line , and he explained me you gonna cost like that for each line and he setup auto pay
and after two months AT&T, send me a bill of $700 , and I went in store. There was two employee one is Kristy. I asked for manager , Kristy went back In the office, and he said tell customer manager is not here, i want to complete beacuse he discriminate with me , and still he doing same thing

I have been treated really bad
No one answers the phone even!! I have been charged for things I did not purchase . I have been sent from one store to the other store they kept doing it. Very unpleasant. I wasted gas too.

One worker on a Sunday is usually fine, but this time it was not. The representative didn't greet any of us as we entered and after the 7th person/couple came in and 2 had already left we were beginning to wonder if we ever would be served or should just leave ourselves. He finally greeted the 8th person who showed up and informed them it would be a bit of a wait, while still not addressing anyone but the couple who he had been helping the entire 35 minutes the store had been open at that point.
He was not unprofessional, but did not seem to have the experience necessary to oversee a store on his own at that point. This is more a review of the store management and their scheduling of inexperienced workers alone.

The staff here were very helpful and patient with my smart watch issue. They were able to fix a problem that the other store couldn’t and phone support couldn’t ! Then they went above and beyond and helped me cancel some unnecessary charges on my account.

This is now the 2nd time I have had to walk out of this store location due to awful service.Austin if you’re reading this, dude, learn some customer service.When asked a question don’t just shrug that you don’t know the answer.To the manager of this location, please train your employees not to be jerk.

Austin seemed new and did not seem interested in helping us.He had to keep asking his manager things (Nick).But he(Austin) was still was not helpful.Staff not helpful and we felt like we wasted our time! We will not be back.
