Stereotypical used car salesmen here. They’ll tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get the sale. I bought a car from them and didn’t notice the crack in the windshield until the sale was final because that’s where they put the model year sticker. They told me they’d pay a portion of the replacement, but when I sent them the bill, I heard nothing!

On March 1st my daughter bought a vehicle for over 13K. She worked with Sam Trevino as the sales associate.
The vehicle was purchased and approximately 40 days post purchase the car began to malfunction. This resulted in the vehicle issue being investigated. Two things werw discovered.
1. The title on the vehicle is branded. This was absolutely not disclosed at any point during the buying process as required per law. Copies of the three page buyers agreement we given at the time of sale and the branded title info is not listed anywhere.
2. There is metal in the engine oil and the car had been diagnosed as needing an new engine. This repair will cost over 8K.
Someone representing themself as the owner of the dealership asserted the branded title info was presented and signed off on at the time of sale. The owner fraudulently added the signature of the buyer to an additional page that was not originally presented.
Sadly, my daughter has no usable car, is out over 13K and the cost for the diagnostic.
Luckily, we have found an attorney willing to represent the case as the documentation obtained is strong against the dealership.
We will be forwarding a formal complaint to the Washington State Attorney General's office this week as well.
Beware!!!!!!! The dealership is shady and dishonest.
The lawsuit will be spendy but it's worth it to see this dealership brought to justice.
My guess is this has happened to others. If you have experienced this from this dealership, please contact the Attorney General's Office to report immediately.

I bought a vehicle from this dealer and I feel that they were honest and that I paid a fair price. Very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased.

To say I am disappointed in this dealership would be an understatement. I have been looking for a specific vehicle for several months, when I saw the vehicle I was looking for on their site I was ecstatic. Since I live several hours away, I attempted to call the dealership on the number they have listed on their site. The call continued to ring until it went to VM, and their VM was full and not accepting any new messages. I went to their online scheduling system, and attempted to schedule an appointment for that same day (Wednesday). The Automated system automatically kicked my appointment to Saturday. I thought maybe user error, and attempted to call again to confirm. Ringing and VM, but VM was full. So I attempted to schedule for Wednesday afternoon again. It kicked the new scheduled appt to Saturday same as first. 3 call attempts, no answer. So I proceeded with the assumption that id just have to hold the Saturday appointment. But out of fear of missing out, I attempted to call several more times between the first day and my scheduled date to confirm it was still available, and ask if the title was clean etc. In the meantime, I received several reminders of my appointment via text, and even attempted to respond to those reminders with questions/Concerns but still nothing. So Saturday comes around. I call that morning, still no answer/VM abilities. But got confirmations of my appointment (With the owner) so proceeded to drive the nearly 3 hours to the dealership. When we arrived, the salesman comes out and asks who I am, what car I am there to look at, only for me to find out that the couple sitting at his desk is signing paperwork on the vehicle I have had an appointment to look at for several days, and have attempted to contract them about for just as long. They literally sold it 30 minutes prior to me getting there. Their response. I am sorry I wasn't told of the appointment, I don't handle the calendar, the owner who your appointment is scheduled with isn't even here... and the solution? You can look around at the lot to see if there is anything else you like and we can possibly discount it a couple hundred.... when the next option even similar was double the price of the one I went to see. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The complete lack of accountability, even a sincere apology, anything would have been better than, how the situation was handled. 6 hours of my day wasted just driving, an entire tank of gas, all cause they can't answer their phones and or clear their VM box.

I bought a car with some malfunctions. Dealers promised to fix them at their expense. I was waiting for mechanic's appointment for a month until I gave them a call. My car had a 3 weeks of repair and it didn't get fixed. Then I received a message from them about I have to take my car before towing take.
I put 2 stars because of good price for a car.

This is a perfect place to test drive and really feel how well it performs and I had a terrific buying experience with Sam, I had a great time relating with him about our past experiences of driving older cars. The whole entire process was so quick and he was able to get me a better rate on my loan through his connection with the nearby BECU, he even let me use the car to drive over there! Overall it's a good place to buy a used car but you definitely need to be a little wary about buying a rebuilt used car and not get rushed into buying like I did without completely checking it out, learned that in a bit of a hard way.

It's a small lot but had a nice selection. Sam was exceptionally chill and pleasant and I felt that he was very open and honest about his cars. The one I was interested in had been written off as a total loss before so it had a rebuilt title. He showed me where the damage had occurred, encouraged me to look at everything, and produced all the paperwork to show it was fixed and cleared by the State Patrol. The price was very reasonable and he quoted me a fantastic offer for my older car as a trade in.I was very sure at first it was going to be my newer car but as I continued shopping around the area, I found one that fit my needs better at another business. Even though I didn't actually end up buying a car from here, I highly recommend them for price, vibe, and honesty. The bonus is that they had a cute dog as well. :)

Sam is a solid guy. Great communication and honesty. Which is refreshing when shopping for a vehicle. Helped me get into the unicorn I've been hunting for the past few months. I highly recommend checking them out. Thanks again Sam I'm loving this R32.

Last week I took home a 2014 Subaru Forester 2.0 XT Touring from Autostar Motors. This was my first experience financing a vehicle. I originally went to Autostar to check out a different Subaru that I saw listed online. They had just gotten the Forester in the day before, so I was the first to give it a test drive. Right away I had a good feeling about the car, and about the people selling it. It drove great, sounded good, and felt right. After we went over price estimates, I told them I still needed to do more looking around before I would make a decision.After leaving Autostar, I headed out to grab lunch on South Tacoma Way before looking at more vehicles. As I was walking up to the restaurant, I heard someone shout from across the street. It was Sam (one of the owners of Autostar Motors) and his wife waving at me! They just happened to be grabbing lunch directly across the street from where I was going, and we each had no idea the other was heading in that direction. I don't believe in coincidence, so at this point I felt like maybe I was meant to buy the car.I continued to look around for a few more days, and after sleeping on it, I decided to go back to Autostar for the Forester. Sam offered me a great deal on it, so all that was left was to head over to the bank and figure out the financing. The bank I went to made a couple mistakes in evaluating the car loan, which was a headache to say the least. I filled Sam in on the details, and he called them out on what they were doing wrong. He had worked with them countless times before on previous sales, so he knew what he was talking about. He even offered to go back to the bank with me to ensure I was getting the best deal possible!By the time we had figured everything out, Sam had proved himself a stand up guy and a true friend. He truly went above and beyond every step of the way, even giving the car a quick wash himself before I left for home. Thank you Sam and Autostar Motors for treating me so well and helping me with everything! I'm very happy with my new car!

It was the most comfortable experience I have ever had with a car dealership! The rep was very friendly, honest and real! He made the experience easy and really enjoyable! Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car! Definitely a 5 star experience! Thanks.

We drove over 2hrs to see a car that we were told was a clean title and then when we got there it had obviously been in a wreck and then when I confronted them about it he basically said he didn't care. Don't lie to people its bad for your business

Sam is nothing like your typical salesman. He is so helpful, patient, generous with information and incredibly transparent. Even though I wasn't able to qualify for the car that I wanted, Sam did his best to help me. He patiently educated me on my options, so that I would not get ripped off. I walked out armed with more knowledge than I did when I came in. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he did not mind passing the sale to another dealership. He took the time to call other dealerships on my behalf to make sure I got what I needed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
