Worst customer service ever! Allowing fraudsters to steal customer information. Impossible to speak to a actual person. Not a call center employee who just transfers amd disconnects. I will not stop untill I expose thos corrupt company.

DIDN'T tell us it was a $200 deposit, she upgraded us to a very large SUV which we DIDN'T want we wanted a compact SUV! Needless to say we cancelled

I just call and did order the car, they tells me that I can come and picked up
When I came they tells me that they don’t have available car
I pays for the uber over $70
The lady was so mean

Wow rented car and we realized after we left the last person had kids that ate McDonald's in back seats found fries all over sauce paks and juice container we had to wash car and vacuum

We recently rented a car from Avis in Puyallup and it’s was a great experience! We had an 2025 CX-5 which was awesome! Also, the employees were superb both when we picked up the vehicle and when we returned it. Finally we saved almost half the cost from picking it up from the airport! I would not hesitate to rent from here again.

Not only did they upgrade me several sizes higher, but I was in and out both for pickup and drop off in less than ten minutes with other customers ahead of me. Highly recommend

The manager/owner, sorry forgot his name. He is super nice and very friendly. He will give you a free upgrade if the car is not available. He's an awesome person. Always helpful and happy.
