I wish they took better care of this area. There's always so much trash in the parking lot. It's obvious that there are a few individuals living in the vehicles.

Ever since the bar went in this place has gone down hill. The amount of burnouts done in front of the bar shows just where the problem lies.

Great retail location with a fine selection of businesses. Wondering though, if maybe someone could spend some time and money on making it cleaner and more inviting? The landscaping asthetic needs a major overhaul, and a street sweeper/window washer maybe. Just a thought. Just because it's an older property doesn't mean you forego maintenance and cleaning to get curb appeal. Better that than an empty run down eye sore that generates no revenue. 🤷🏼
