Visited a few weeks before Christmas to get some stocking stuffers. This location had a renovation and is much larger than when I visited last. The staff are always very nice. Had one gentleman that I asked about a scent I've seen in the mens section before that was gone and he knew about it and had information on the question already. Great selection of scents and good staff, never any problems at this spot.

Received coupons in the mail and the manager wouldn’t make right when they said they already where used… both my moms and mine. The most we can do call customer service. The lady checking is out and the the lady next her said this has been happening and the mangers have been over riding the issue and making right but not this guy.

Another example of how management fails their employees by not training them properly and not setting them up for success. I attempted to do an online purchase return in store and it didn't go correctly.I approached the counter and said I have an online return and repurchase. She asked for my name and as I was confused i asked why and she said they need it for the online and I got even more confused and gave her my name. She spoke into the mic saying she had an online pick up I said no you don't you have an online return and I showed her my phone with my purchase order number. So was like oh ok then after a couple minutes she asked for my ID. I said why would you need my ID this is an online return she said oh uh "they" wanted me to do a no receipt return and purchase. Who the heck is "they"? I was like what are you talking about this is an online order I have my order number that you use for the return right here that's why I don't have ID because I'm at the mall doing an online return with my online purchase number. She just looked at me like she had no idea how to fix this so she scanned my husband's ID instead. So either this young person has no idea what they were doing or they had no idea what they were doing which was alienating for both of us, either way that's not their fault. All staff should know how to perform the duties that they're responsible for and it's managements responsibility to ensure that before they are put on the floor. Stop under training staff and expecting them to be successful and putting them in situations that can easily go very wrong.

Worst Bath & Body Works store in the area. Tried to go two days in a row(Monday & Tuesday) and they were closed both days. Completely useless.

Called in advance to confirm something was in stock and available; a gift for my mom. Confirmed, drove 35 minutes to get there, turns out they don't have what I requested. Frustrating.
