Batteries plus is my go to place for motorcycle batteries. Last one I bought lasted 8 years. Typical batteries last 2 to 3 years. Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend..

Our family have gotten two phone screens replaced with Batteries Plus and are very happy with the quality of product used. The employees are also friendly and helpful. If the screen is in stock they are usually able to have the phone ready within a few hours.

Could I issue more than 5 stars, I would.
I had to replace 4 riding mower batteries. Batteries Plus on Meridian in Puyallup WA honored the warranties on three of the batteries I brought in on the spot.
I needed a fourth. They did not have it in stock; they arranged for me to pick up the fourth at the nearest Batteries Plus (Tacoma), only 19 minutes away.
Everyone in the store was helpful, gracious, knowledgeable; they each worked to see that I received what I needed at the lowest price. It was a particularly nice experience.
Kudos to all three Batteries Plus's employees; unfortunately, I only remember Dustin's name.
This is what customer service should be. Highest recommendations.

Having duplicate car keys made here is no easy feat. I came in on January 5th and I still don’t have my spare key. It took a week longer for the blank to arrive than promised. And then when it did come I have come in several times only to be turned away because the manager isn’t available or it is past time (several hours before closing) to program a key. It is so frustrating and who has time to keep coming in over and over and over again. If I’m coming in during business hours to take advantage of a provided service I shouldn’t have to call ahead to make sure the stars are all in alignment.

Fixed my iPhone XS Max. No complaints. It was great customer service and very pleasant staff. Thank you for your help and quick services. I scheduled an appointment for 10am and I got there a little before. I was able to receive an option to wait for the tech who normally handles cracked screens (who came in at 11am) or get it done at my time. I opted to get it at my time because I needed to be somewhere else. I left my phone and the gentleman man said to be back around 10:30a. I ran my errands and came back around 10:45a and phone was done and completely working.

I had purchased headlights for my Kia Forte back in April of 2023. Somehow in November 2023 they got burnt out. Luckily I kept the receipt and went back to Batteries Plus with my old box and bulbs. The manager was able to help me get a replacement set since the lights were under a two year warranty. He was able to help me out and give me new lights so I didn’t have to go online through the manufacturer website and wait. He and the associate were very nice and helpful. Really appreciate the service and the ability to help me with my problem quickly. Will be coming back for another other needs.

I set up an appointment for my husband to have his battery replaced. He went in, and it is awful! The color of the graphics on his phone is off… all of the pictures on his phone look horrible! Eventually his phones screen went black and now there is nothing!!! This is not ok!
