I have known Naomi since we were kids and have always wanted to try out the studio but was paralyzed by fear. Fear of looking a fool, comparing myself to others, what if I wasn’t good at it… the list could go on. But after having an extremely painful and traumatic year, I decided to finally do it. My fears couldn’t hold a flame to the parts me that wanted to feel whole again.I completed L1 & L2 with the intention of connecting to my body and gaining my feminine power back and I honestly accomplished that and soooo much more. It was the best experience. As a student. As a woman. As a human. They create a very safe environment. A judgement free zone. To be authentically you and to move your body. It was so beautiful and so much fun.If you are curious and want to try it out but you’re like I was…afraid. Go anyway!!! You will learn very quickly that you are not alone in your fear. That every single person in that class is facing their own as well. And to me there’s no better way to overcome that than doing it together. You won’t regret it.

I love my dance classes so much! Bella was my very first dance class ever, and I'm hooked! I love getting out of my head and into my body. It's a great stress release, and a confidence boost too. I can do so many things I never thought I'd be able to do! The instructors do a great job of creating a judgment free space, where everyone is able to stretch their comfort zone at their own pace. If you've ever thought about taking a class, just do it! It's so fun and challenging, you will want to keep coming back for more!

We got a no-show from the dance teacher as she had scheduling conflicts so I can't comment on the class. We did get our money back.

Simply saying I love this place is not enough. The community of women is a wonderful group of ladies who inspire and encourage one another. The space is safe and inviting. You don't have to be fit, strong or flexible to start. The first thing Bella pole teaches is to dance for yourself.

I used to dance competitively when I was younger and wanted to somehow get back into it. I figured this would be great exercise and fun to try but it’s much more than that. It feels right, it’s given me way more confidence and sex appeal and is a challenge among all things. I leave class feeling great and always look forward to the next class! This will be something I will continue to do for a long time!

The environment was super comfortable, calm and relaxing! It felt good to focus on me for the time I was there! The instructor was super nice and friendly! I’m excited to return for another class! Thank you for creating such a safe space for us women to be ourselves!

I left a review before giving 5 stars if I could take it back I would. Don't go here. Right after paying $100 for the beginning series she told me I would not be able to come there unless I had a doctor's note because she thought I was sick and I would have to do private lessons. I got a private lesson with her and she said she was concerned about the rash on my chest there was no rash on my chest I had a couple of pimples Jesus Christ

Went a while ago & didn't really enjoy the experience. It was my first time at a pole studio. I came with the intention of doing pole fitness but this studio is more geared towards sensual dance. We did a few twirls around the poles and a lot of "sexy walking". My review is just based on my personal experience, if you're looking for more of a bachelorette party style class or some ideas to spice up a dance routine at home this is the place for you, if you're looking to do more pole work, tricks, and fitness I wouldn't recommend. I ended up going to Pole Fitness NW and falling in love and actually trained to do a competition.

I've been out of the gym for a while, but my first beginner class left me energized and pumped to start on a new workout journey!
