Tried to put zero stars on this, but there was one redeeming feature that prevented me from doing so which I'll get to at the end. (Also, Google won't let you put less than one so....)This was not only the worst dental experience I've ever had, but easily the worst medical experience I've ever had. First off, I know that I have some trauma related to dental work. I've had a few bad experiences, and I was very upfront about that from the start. I explained that I had a tooth ache and definitely needed a filling, maybe even a root canal. I called in ahead of time and let them know what to expect and made sure that this wouldn't be an exam with a follow up, but that I would be able to actually get some work done. They assured me that was the case.NOPE! Went in, got X-rays done, sat in the chair and waited for the coming poking and prodding at my teeth. Never happened. Dentist lady comes back (I can't call her a doctor or professional in any sense of the word) and states that my mouth is disaster zone and I need to have 5 root canals done and even then it probably wouldn't save the teeth and they would likely need to be extracted. Nearly the whole left side of my face. Goes on to state that I would likely need to have my jaw bone ground down in order to fit the crown. Oh, and to top it off, is referring me to a place that will sedate me for the procedure.Uh....well, queue the anxiety, but I try to keep calm. I explain that I DO NOT want to be sedated and I would like to approach things conservatively if possible and just deal with the pain I had in the first place before dealing with the rest. Lady then goes "I won't treat only a little of this. If you don't agree to ALL of my plan, you can't be my patient." Uh...what?!?! She then asks me to get up, walks me to the front desk and says goodbye. Didn't touch my teeth. Didn't look in my mouth. Didn't even turn the little light on and ask me to lay back. Nothing. The only redeeming feature of this place is the receptionist at the front. She was incredibly nice, listened to my confusion, even went back and got a director/manager/whatever involved to see what could be done. Suffice it to say I won't EVER be going back and would highly recommend that no one EVER goes to this dental place if you value your mouth or your wallet.Just to put icing on the cake. I went to 410 Dental just a month or so prior (wasn't able to keep going here because of insurance stuff), and they told me that NONE of the above was true. Yes, I have a bad cavity (quite a few cavities to be truthful) that will possibly need a root canal, but not 5 of them! After this debacle with Bright Now, I called them up and within an hour the doctor I saw a month before called me back, spoke to me on the phone about my teeth and her recommendation, and helped with ideas for insurance. I don't even care if my insurance will cover it, I'll be going back there.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Tried to give them a chance 3 times and each visit was terrible service, records incorrect and incomplete. Take X-rays every visit then did nothing but look in my mouth. Worst was in the middle of having my teeth pulled (2), bleeding terrible into the gauze stuffed in my mouth, I got told that I really should get bone graft to ensure I could put in an implant. $1400 and when I walked in I had a bill estimate for $20. I was literally doing finance paperwork sitting and bleeding until I gave up and just put it on my credit card. Never go here.

I had previously gone to this dentist out of necessity and my initial appointment was great. The cleaning and plan for the work I needed done went well, the problem was when I went in to get work done. They move people through like an assembly line with no compassion or care. They care about getting your money and getting you out and that’s all. Immediately after my work I knew something was wrong with a filling and went back to get it checked on, I was completely dismissed and told I was wrong about the pain I was feeling and I TRUSTED them. 4 Months later I still had pain and went to a different dentist because something felt off, and I had to get all the work they did redone because it was done so poorly. Waste of my money and majorly affected my experiences at the dentist. They like you until you have a problem and then they act like you’ve inconvenienced them for having to do their job. Another person I know had a similar experience so I knew I had to share. If you’re not in the interest of helping people with compassion get out of an industry working with people.

The cleaning was great. The Dental Hygienist was very very friendly. But the girl Hayley who set up the room, and who did my flouride seemed bothered to be there. She applied the flouride so sloppy it was all over my lips. She did a horrible job.

All the stuff are nice and friendly and professional but dentists are not!!! Two dentists took care of my teeth for 3years ,last dentist was horrible doctor. I had unnecessary pain ,plus he connected two teeth together so I couldn't use dental floss. Terrible experience!!!!

Asked multiple times if they accepted my 100 percent dental insurance that I pay a lot of money for through my union and they told me yea of course we do no problem. Only to walk out of my appointment and receive a bill terrible care and terrible communication do not go here ever find another place.

I came in for an abscessed tooth and was in excruciating pain. They were late for the appointment, the dentist “Shirley” was condescending and rude and said I should have taken care of my tooth before it got that bad. No compassion no empathy for how I was suffering. She gave me antibiotics but I had to call her 2 hours later because she hadn’t bothered to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Worst experience I’ve ever had, I started crying as I walked out. Not one of them cared. Please avoid at all costs, especially for severe or serious dental problems.

The receptionists are nice but the rest of the staff including the dr is extremely rude and sketchy. The dr was very aggressive when administering the medication and showed zero compassion when told how anxious and scared my gf was for her procedure. Do not recommend F- - - -

I enjoy going to the dentist at Bright Now !Dental & Orthodontics. They are very friendly and work very hard to make sure you are comfortable. The dentist takes time to explain the needs of your care of your teeth. The hygienist very good and your teeth feel wonderful after they cleaned. Appointments are easliy made. They take interests in how you are doing . Kind people

Staff at front desk weren’t friendly. The doctor in attendance was rude and didn’t respect my sincere questions asking about the extra procedure I just learned at my visit other than the extraction I knew I was scheduled for (not to mention the additional cost not covered by my insurance over $600) and the fact that I’m very nervous with dentists. The only friendly face was the dental assistant.

I observed the 2 young ladies at the reception desk as being very unwelcoming. The expression on one of the girls reflected to me as being unhappy at her job. You need vibrant, greeting, outgoing employees at a position representing first impression of business.

I've been attending this facility since late 2020 because they offer appointments after 5pm. at least they used too. Every time i make a 5:30pm appointment they call within 24 hours of the appointment to cancel and reschedule me. Usually they would get me in a few weeks later. Not this time around, i was told that the hygienist isn’t taking any more 5:30 appointments and that I have no choice but to take an appointment before 5pm OR wait until September 26th for a 5PM appointment. How unprofessional on Bright now Dental to call and reschedule with 1) on such short notice and 2) why if the hygienist isn’t accepting anymore 5:30pm appointments to wait until 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule? Where is the common courtesy, you would think that if the hygienist isn’t taking 5:30pm appointments that SOMEONE WHOULD THINK TO SAY “hey, since I’m not taking any more 5:30pm appointments, maybe I should reach out to my clients and let them know, this time slot isn’t available anymore AND given them more time to reschedule on a time slot that actually works for them?” Guess that’s too much to ask for! HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Their rating of “4.0” has to be inflated. My partner had a horrible experience there! I’m so freaking frustrated at their complete lack of courtesy/respect to their clientele. I will be changing offices. Hopefully I’ll find a more professional dental office who doesn’t cancel your appointments because it’s after 5pm! UGH!

The staff were nice and clearly abused. I am very observant, and I overheard someone tell another staff member not to wake the dentist in a fearful tone. When we started the checkup, the hygienist was very kind and on her toes a bit. She started the cleaning and part way through the dentist barged in, asked her what she was doing, and told her to stop so he could do his job. He was very rude to her, and he looked at my teeth and told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and left. He never even introduced himself to me. The hygienist continued with the cleaning, doing HER job. The dentist was extremely unprofessional and disgusting to his staff. Short and careless with me as a patient and overall just looking for a payout from me. This was my first ever appointment, and I will not be returning to this specific dentist. I hope the staff can find a better place to work or they get rid of this guy who clearly sleeps in his office before seeing patients and abuses his staff.

Scheduled online. Didn't have my appointment on file when I arrived. Don't do cleanings on the initial visit. It's my teeth and I'm paying so why can't I just get my teeth cleaned? They said they don't know what type of cleaning I would need. I guess they have to analyze my tooth data for a few hours before they can decide. They've baked in so many costs in these places to raise their profits and it's really frustrating as someone who literally just wants their teeth cleaned.
