I wrote a long review, expressing my dissatisfaction with this location; but I am temporarily erasing it for now. I have decided until I can speak to the individuals directly that failed to do their job correctly at this site, and I can confirm what I believe to be accurate, I am going to reserve my review/opinion until then. What I can say is Olyvia Williamson Traffic center 702 is amazing. She is the best thing Uhaul has going when it comes to ensuring customers are valued and well taken care of. I will do a follow up post tomorrow once I learn a little more. Also note the one star has nothing to do with the company overall because obviously they have great employees like Olyvia; but I can't do more than one star at this time.

If you want to be lied to over the phone about the rates and called an idiot at this location when you tell them what rates you were promised, come here! Abysmal customer service. I’d give them no stars if I could.

This was a truly awesome experience! The reservation was super simple through Expedia, they were not out of cars like Enterprise (even tho their website allowed me to reserve a car at that location). The agent at the front desk were helpful, everything went super smooth. Thank God I remembered I needed a credit card since most of my banking is done through all online banks. Such a pleasure to drive a newer, clean and inexpensive car to see & have dinner with my family including my 98 years young grandpa. To round everything out it was the easiest drop off I have ever experienced! Thank you Budget car rental! Super special thanks to the Meridian office in Puyallup, WA you guys are the best!

My vehicle was really nice, clean, and drove great. The customer service was top tier. I worked with Russ who was very professional and provided me with a great experience. I will definitely use this Car Rental service again.

Would be nice if the piece of shit people managing this location would pick up the abandoned box truck. After 8 phone calls and a visit to the store, the bitch at the counter asked if I would like to speak to her boss about it, no bitch, that's your job.

Long line but, with pre-registration, things went pretty quickly once you got to the counter. Late model, low mileage car.

I reserved a box truck to move some furniture. When I arrived and paperwork was filled out, I declined insurance coverage and was given a form to fill out with my personal insurance coverage limits. When I told them I didn't have this info, he said I could call my ins. company. I declined to do this on a Saturday morning. He said you can sign here, which I did. The truck I was given had a "Check Engine" light on and I refused to take it--even though I was assured: "oh, it's ok, we've been having trouble with that, it's been like that for a couple months"! He took my original paperwork and redid it for a different vehicle, I signed and drove away. Now I have been billed for the vehicle charge PLUS the insurance coverage I had declined! Budget Customer Service told me "there is nothing they can do" since the rental was completed.Another somewhat related thing: the truck was FILTHY and I had to take it home and use Lysol wipes on the steering wheel and driver's seat before I felt comfortable touching them. Ugh!I wish I had read these reviews before renting from them! I highly recommend that you DO NOT rent from this company. I certainly never will again. They are unethical, have poor customer service, & obviously do not take good care of their vehicles.

Great customer support and provided the necessary information for allowing me to make a decision on a vehicle. The individual took the time to make sure we had what we needed, and was up front about costs. He even provided a benefit due to being veteran status. I would rent from them again.

CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!! Be very careful when returning or renting from this facility! I made sure to take picture of fuel gauge and ask for receipt, even though associate said I was okay to go. Not 1st time I've been overcharged by Budget when returning a vehicle, always keep receipts and check statements. They charged me for fuel and a surcharge after I left the facility, even though they verified tank was full. When I returned, he tried telling me Budget automatically charges fuel/surcharge (option 3), when you drive less than 75 miles. I told him I'd be contacting BBB and corporate, by time I called, they had reversed the charges.

I just moved to WA from Hawaii. I needed a car for about a week so that I could commute to the training of the job I just received, as well as move into my apartment. If you're under 25 they will work with you but there is a surcharge unless you are military, then that fee is wavied. It's a bit pricey due to the deposit you have to make but you get 100% refunded. They have new management now and Russ was a wonderful help to me. I had to extend my car by 2 days and all I had done was made a phone call and they were able to extend it without me having to come in. This company was way cheaper than the other car rental shops in the area and I highly recommend. Super fast, friendly, and if for some reason I need another car rental I will be coming back here for it. I was completely satisfied, thanks again Russ!!!

I rented a car in Hawaii from Budget. Had to return the first car the next day because it wouldn't run and we could not roll up the back windows. But the worst part was we had a flat tire and there was no no lug wrench in the car so I had to call my personal AAA. The driver that changed V the tire said all the tires were unsafe. Now they are charging me $220 for the damaged tire. Please don't make the mistake of dealing with this company. I V know I never will.

Got confirmation of reservation. Showed up for appointment. No truck. No explanation. No recourse. Hey lady, you could've told us there is a u-haul three doors down that has a truck available, that loans you trucks to rent to your customers, flicking witch.

Poor customer service! Even with a confirmed reservation, they did not have the vehicle available. They didn't offer any other suggestions and left us hanging!
