Quoted $650 for full service but failed to mention environmental fees and the tot bill was $787.Then failed to complete the stated work did not even clean the roof. The plastic cover for the speedometer was still dirty in the corners and I found wax visible between the door handle and painted finish.I will not be back.

NEVER SHOPPING WITH CAR TOYS AGAIN read the fine print ..bought a new deck with Free install .. deck was 199 plus tax and out the door with all the fees it's 418 and some change that's horrible in misleading people I even have my own new wiring harness..on top of that i purchased and have to wait 5 days for installation...I highly recommend not going through car toys buy online and save yourself hundreds of dollars!!!! day 6 called and order was not even placed when told it was so now was told another 9 days ..not happy this is sloppy business for sure ...most likely just gonna get a refund and NEVER SHOP WITH CAR TOYS AGAIN!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

They had a variety of options and gave pricing for all. I would have given 5 stars but their store interior was cold. They need to heat the place. I spent two hours shivering.No hot beverage available either.

Awesome experience. Got expert advice and they didn't try to empty my pockets. From the gate the gentleman knew the right answer for me and put it to me straight, showed me the most effective and efficient way to get what I wanted for sound and with install and a solid warranty that will definitely come in handy the number he gave me was most agreeable. After having my passenger window replaced due to a break in I came to the Puyallup Car Toys to have my tint matched and my sunroof tinted. Chris introduced himself the moment I walked into the store, and I knew I was in good hands. He introduced me to Alex and together they ensured me that I would not be able to see a difference in the new vs the previous tint. I came to the Puyallup Car Toys because of the stellar experience my sister had getting her remote start installed. When I went to pick up my car I was shocked at the attention to detail. My passenger window and sunroof look better than my original tint. Alex is a master of his craft, and I will be sending everyone I know his way!

I spent the day at cartoys, to have my factory stereo system upgraded, I'm glad they have snap financial, acima financial, to get approved was a snap, I got a complete stereo system in my 2020 Ford ranger, they did an awesome job, thanks to the crew.. just like the factory should have done..

I went to car.toys trusting that I would receive fair and equal treatment. I was mislead.from the beginning. Oversold, and not told the truth about available product in order to get me to buy a much more expensive product than I wanted or needed. Then I was given a time frame to completion of services which was almost double the actual completion time and then after.paying all that extra money and waiting all that extra time the Jobe wasn't even done to completion part of my purchase was having my windows tinted and they didn't tint my rear window and I have to go back and give more.time to have the job done 4.days later and they left.my car a complete mess inside including leaving the old system they removed in a spray of wires on my car.floor

My backup camera stopped working a couple days short of the warranty. I stopped in to see if they could help. Confirmed the camera had failed. I asked how long cause we had Mariner tickets. They got me in and camera replaced no questions in less than a half hour. Branden and Kasey were awesome in helping get this fixed ams covered by warranty. No fuss or push back just took care of it. Super friendly folks theough out the entire store. Thank you for the quick and great seevice. It is rare these days.

Well at almost 4,000 to have a system ready took 5.5 hours they called us we picked it up turned stereo up to about 25-28 and the whole radio shut off . My husband went back and told them and well they said sorry the technician that connected it might have put the wrong wire maybe it wasn’t thick enough he didn’t know . We were so upset the guy said he isn’t the one who connected it if we can bring it in on Monday after the weekend which the whole reason we did it today was to have it ready for our car club meet up . He said we will guarantee for life I said he isn’t the boss to say that so here we go with a stereo that shuts off and we have to try to bring it in on Sunday which is church and Easter ugh so not referring them or coming back with any other vehicle that is for sure especially for all that money
