They made it extremely simple and fast to sell my vehicle that had a lean. (I walked in with a loan from my bank since I had an idea of roughly what they would give me for my vehicle, so I can't speak to their loan service/s.) They undersold my vehicle by a few thousand dollars, and they'll likely do it to you too because they want to turn a large profit. Besides that, the staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a good experience.

The car buying process was Great. Matthew was awesome He simplified the experience of buying a car.Loved the 10 day Test drive ended up with a 2021 Nissan Altima.

easy process, found my car thur the Carmax email alert, was in cali, and i was able to reserved it and shipped it to Wa that day before anyone else would see it , arrived within a week or so.. the car was missing a navigation SD card and some towing tools.. when i asked. manager said we'll order those and give those to you.. (didn't have to since it is a used car) but sure enough i just picked up the tools and SD card.. thanks for great used car experience and beautiful car :)

From getting my quote online to going in person to sell my car, the process was seamless! Upon arrival at the CarMax location in Puyallup, everyone was friendly and welcoming and provided regular updates through the process of the sale. I was in and out of the location in under an hour with a bank draft of the amount I was quoted. I would highly recommend CarMax to others who are wanting to sell or buy a car.

4.5 stars. I needed to sell my car that wouldn’t start. I answered all the questions honestly and got the best quote of all the places I tried. I went in with my documents but there were various hurdles with the bank and carmax couldn’t see some things for the financing they needed. My offer expired and I ended up going back 3 days in a row. But they didn’t charge me to let my car sit there and my second offer was exactly the same as the first. Overall it took too long but it ended well.

Good selection of cars usually at a fair price. Sold them several cars over the years, they will never offer as much as a private sale but they are quick, efficient, and honest.

Selling the vehicle went smooth. The only thing is I feel like they tried to make it hard on me. My father was a co-signer and is in Illinois (but I sold it via POA). Our names were listed on the title (without “and” or “or”) (just simply one name above the other) and I told them I’m trying to deposit the check, and as the check was printed out, it has “&” in between our names, even though that’s not how it is listed on the title. Slightly annoying, but everything else was fine.

Daniel was hugely helpful in finding a car for us, my wife and I are both mid 20s, we are low income and don't have good credit. He still found an incredible Mazda 3 (2013) in our price range, of course financing is a whole hassle but that's true anywhere nowadays, especially if you have credit like mine. Nonetheless we are incredibly satisfied in our service, Dan sold us on the MaxCare warranty as it will keep the car we are paying off in good nick while we work down the loan. All in all this is the best situation we could've hoped for. I fully expected to be kicked down the road to a shady dealer with no guarantees and this is worlds better. We are so happy in our new Mazda3

Very easy and quick. Stopped in at the Puyallup, WA CarMax after seeing a low mileage 2023 Toyota Sienna LE online located at another location. Got call back next morning that the car had been transported to the Puyallup CarMax for us to look at. Wife and I examined it and it fit our needs. Went home to talk it over. Called and stopped by the next morning and in about an hour it was ours. No pressure, no oversell.

Great communication, friendly, informative staff, and zero pressure! CarMax provided the highest offer of 6 different competitors and car dealerships! It was an easy process, even though we had an extra step: selling through a Power of Attorney. They didn't blink an eye, really knew their stuff, and helped us through the process. Highly recommend Puyallup CarMax!
