Update: it seems my car has a target on the backend but I was back yet again for a rear bumper. These people do such a great job and I'm so happy with how I'm treated, the support they provide and the attention to detail in repair. Fabulous business with great people. Thank you again!
Stephanie was great and easy to work with. I was upset because of the situation of being run into. I wasn't happy to be going through all of this but she got it and spoke quickly, worked quickly and was gracious the whole way. The body shop did an exceptional job and they gave my car back looking and smelling fresh, inside and out. They made my really bad week as good as they possibly can and I appreciate it. Good company. Good people.

I brought my car here after an accident. They were very helpful on the phone answering my questions. I needed information about the quote and they told me all the info before insurance went over everything with me. They even told me when the insurance wasn’t being truthful about car storage fees and just trying to rush the process. They run a great operation and are on your side.

The staff at CARSTAR did an amazing job from start to finish with handling my car repair. I had an ugly dent on my lift gate and now my car looks better than ever!
