Absolutely the worst service i have ever received no customer should leave the store crying cause there getting bullied by the workers in the store absolutely appalling behavior This store has gone downhill since Jenny left. This new manager has no real work ethic. The staff is lazy, always on their phones.Worst customer service ever. 0 stars if I could.

I grew up going to this location with my mom & grandma. Now that I’ve visited several Cosmoprofs between Puyallup up to Redmond, this is the best one. The staff is a group of people I always look forward to seeing. When it comes to inventory they do all that is within their own control, but I urge people to remember that if a shelf is bare...it’s not their fault. We’ve all experienced back logged product for every aspect of our industry the last year, don’t give them a bad review for something that is completely out of their control.The Kent Cosmoprof is a tight 2nd when I’m not looking to make the 45 minute drive to this one.
