I love Costco, good stuff, friendly staff, good stocks. I m the exclusive member for 11yeas. Today I have to complain the cashier Cathee S op# 844. She is so rude to me. I bought 10 clothes. She doesn’t asked me if I need a box. I ask one, she seems like so inpatient put one on my cart without saying any word to me. She took the next customer. I was shocked, I pick another box and put 10 clothes in the box. I don’t believe she knows what the customer service is. I understand it is busy. Sometimes I realized the cashiers talking their private life thing when they check me out, but at least they treat customers good, did what they should do. This girl didn’t. I don’t know she experienced something bad. Hope she getting more professional.

Wow, everyone in this review complaining about the customer service experience at puyallup Costco. Yep they are rude and not professional the whole nine yard, today I will add to it, heather with lower case h is racist. She knows what she has done, she is a hater. I hope next time not to see her there, just not necessarily stress and extra cortisol, like it’s not enough what we are having in life, I really don’t appreciate that. I made a complaint with the manager, I still angry, I’m writing a review, if I still angry I will contact the regional manager to make a complaint, because racism is not acceptable here.
