I initially purchased my tires a couple months ago, last night got double flats (left side) and today costco was able to get me in and repair my new tires.
Saving me heartache. Got me in and out in one costco trip. Thank you Costco, thank you George.

A few days after getting into a car accident, I was still shaken up but finally decided to rent a car to get my family around town. Unfortunately, just 30 minutes after picking up the vehicle, a low tire pressure alert came on—and to make matters worse, the rental company had just closed.
I immediately started calling around for help, but every open shop was too far away, and I worried the tire would deflate before I could reach one. That’s when I realized Costco had a tire center. When I called, the technician informed me they were closing in less than 30 minutes and that they were working alone, so they weren’t sure if they could assist me. While I completely understood, I think they could hear the distress in my voice. They asked how far away I was, and when I told them I was just two blocks away with small children in the car, they kindly told me to bring it by so they could take a quick look.
Despite being moments away from closing, the technician not only assessed the issue but also patched the tire. I honestly couldn’t tell you how long I was there—what mattered most was that this technician stayed well past closing time just to ensure my kids and I could get home safely. Their kindness and willingness to help, rather than focus on the inconvenience, meant the world to me.
It turned out that a large industrial nail had punctured the tire and was slowly causing it to deflate. When I spoke with the rental car company the next day, they reimbursed me, as it appeared the nail was already in the tire when I picked up the vehicle.
This experience left a lasting impression on me, and I will continue to bring my business to this location because of the outstanding customer service I received. It’s rare to encounter someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely compassionate in a stressful situation. More people like this technician are needed in the world—you can’t predict a freak accident, but kindness like theirs makes all the difference.

Went in to get my lugs tightened😕 they let me in @ 9:50a, they broke my hubcap and didn't even tell me.. 😑

Do not trust Costco auto deal programs. They send you to junk car repair shops that scam you completely.

Horrible customer service. I called and made an appointment to repair a tire that got a screw in it. When I called I stated I had attempted to repair it with a plug and the guy on the phone didn’t mention that me plugging it voids my warranty and there’s nothing they can do after that. So after an hour + of waiting (even with an appointment) I get a call saying that my warranty is no good and there’s nothing is nothing they can do. This oversight wasted me a trip, an hour + of waiting, and the aggravation of still having the same problem I was hoping would be fixed. Would not recommend to a friend. 😩

Every interaction I'd had with the tire center sucks. You might have an appointment at 3:00, but they have no way to filter drop ins from appointments so you'll end up waiting 20 minutes before even getting talk to.
2nd. The entire install for these tires was simply a poor job. They left all the grease on all 4 tires and all of the wheels. I had to try me best to wipe them all down when I got home. Id imagine greasy tires and wheels are not what you pay for.

I purchased my tires online and read the fine print of a dually tire install. They stated that they would install a set of 4 new tires on the rear axle of the dually which is exactly what I wanted. Half way through installing the tires the guy comes to me and said I lied to him about my truck being 4wd. Which is crazy my truck is a denali 3500hd fully built why would I say anything like that. Than refused to finish install but my old tires on my truck and sent me on my way. At the end of the day it took 2 weeks to get tires delivered to location. 2 in person visits and 3 hours of my time wasted. Wouldn't try saving a buck here when les scwab is always going above and beyond for me.

I have always purchased tires from Costco. The other day I got a flat. I brought in the tire and was told it would take at least 4 hours to get to it. Nothing like putting an emergency in front of anyone! I asked if I could leave the tire for repair and come back, as my husband had put on the spare at home. The tire associate said that was fine. I got a call later that evening that the tire was done. Again, the tire associate said I couldn't get in to get the tire put on until Friday! This would mean two days of driving on the spare tire. I voiced my concern, and without even asking me how far I have to drive he said it would be fine. This doesn't even account for how incredible inconvenience and time consuming it has been not to not be able to drive on the freeway.I decided to take a trip to Costco tonight to see if I could get the tire replaced any soon, as I have a long day of drive ahead of me tomorrow. When I got here 2 bays were EMPTY. I asked if I could get the tire put on, which they had already fixed. I was told I could make an appointment. I told the tire associate that two bays were EMPTY and that the job should only take 10 minutes. I was told they would see what they could do. An hour into our wait (and a fair bit of time inhaling rubber fumes) the tire associate said he would go back to see if the work had been started and if not, he would start the work. It has now been an hour and a half and our car still isn't done!

Joe did a great job with customer service. It was super busy and he helped everyone as soon as he could. All of the members were very nice 10/10 service.

Poor service, if you need a cheap set of new tires it’s a good place. If you need any service on them this is not the place! They seem to be understaffed, overwhelmed and poorly managed. I went in to get my tires rotated for the first time after purchasing them there. The guy there said that if I didn’t have an appointment they couldn’t help me. Then when I asked if I could schedule an appointment later in the week the guy said they were booked weeks out and triple booked for the day! Better off sticking with Les Schwab!
