I lived at Crossroads at Meridian Apartments just shy of 4 years.I do not recommend living here. When I moved in I specifically asked the Leasing Manager at the time if there was much commotion or crime being that the apartments were located along the river and bridge and she said no, it was a peaceful area. What I experienced was so far from peaceful it damaged my nervous system.•within the first month of residency, I found a heroin needle by the trash compactor. That’s fine, it wasn’t personal.•a few months later a strange male with his ear cut off went door to door for a towel to stop the bleeding, residents were left to clean the blood and blood clots off the walkway themselves.•also within the first few months there were multiple break in attempts to my apartment unit. My front door was damaged so bad it needed to be replaced.•over the duration of living there, cars were constantly broken into, glass windows busted out in the guest parking near the dumpsters. A few months before I moved out one of my own guests vehicles were victim of this crime.•one summer day a stranger took my assigned parking spot with his car without brakes and when attempting to move, floored it over the curb and nearly drove into the apartment building.•this last summer I was woken up to a female screaming in the parking lot at 3am that there was a man overdosing on fentanyl in the parking lot. I called 911 and luckily had narcan on hand that I ran out to the scene.•this last fall there was a gun misfire in the apartment stairwell at 8am. Management brushed it off.•frequently strangers on the trail are yelling and fighting at any given time, sometimes with pocket knives or machetes, as well as setting off fireworks.•transients and resident relatives sought refuge in/under resident stairwells, to eat meals or sleep.•frequent visits from police officers, ambulances and fire trucks.•compared to the rest of this list just a small inconvenience was that the trash compactor often broke and trash would pile up around it, attracting crows and squirrels. The price point of these apartments were appealing, it was all I could afford when I moved in. I loved being close to the river, trail and walking distance of local stores, until it no longer felt safe to do so.But besides the chaos and noise, the current leasing manager was unfriendly and dismissive. And the single maintenance worker was overworked and spread thin.

My husband and I went and toured these apartments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well maintained. We weren’t a big fan of the dryer vents being directly in front of your front door. But overall Seemed like a quiet area to live in.

Wonderful Place to Call Home!We have lived here the past 1 year and absolutely love it! The only reason we are leaving is because of our upcoming move across the country. The building is very safe, clean, and well-maintained. The office staff are professional, friendly, and kind.

Inquired about living here and the ladies in the office were so sweet, the place looked well kept. Super cute place!

Amazing place to live! The current manager Sarah and office staff do a tremendous job with the dog waste stations and keeping the pool clean. This is the first time in 4 years that the pool has actually opened on time and hasn’t closed down for repairs and maintenance work. I’m not a fan of the dryer vents being placed towards the stairs . The builders could have designed that a little better. But overall it’s a pretty quiet location . You wouldn’t think it would be considering how close it is to the river and Fred Meyer parking lot but I’ve enjoyed being here . My dogs love the trail that is behind the apartments and it leads to a playground that has water spout for dogs and a small community garden.

Just moved in about a month ago with my wife. Her and I absolutely love it! We got the two bedroom and it’s incredibly affordable compared to everything else in the area. The apartments are great quality as well. Thank you too Ashley and Sarah for helping us get in fast with no issues. They are awesome!

CAM staff is amazing thus far, especially Ashley! She got us in as quickly as she could, and kept us updated a long the way. Living space is spacious, they even last minute updated our appliances to stainless steel before move in, and location is great for commuting. Been living here almost a month and it’s been amazing! Definitely a place to check out if one is looking to rent!

The cutest apartments in Puyallup! Living here is a dream, the grounds are so well kept, and staff is super sweet and responsive. Sarah and Ashley are always willing to listen and help with any concerns you might have. I love that the River and trail are right behind the apartments, so you can go for a nice scenic walk whenever you feel like you need fresh air.

My sister is a resident here and I frequently visit to babysit my nephew. The location is tucked behind a skating rink and just beyond the main roads. There's a shopping center within walking distance and the nearby school my nephew attends has an attentive staff and he's doing well there. There's been some improvements lately and a change in staff. There's doggy stations and a playground, also Puyallup trail is adjacent and runs right along the outside of the property.

I meant to do a review years ago when we moved out. Sorry if this overdue. We moved in 2021 after living at Crossroads since 2019. This apartment is absolutely great for commuting. If you are looking for convenience as well as a nicely tucked, private living area, these apartments are perfect. Thats not to say we didn't have issue. But I gather most of them have been resolved with the renovations they did right after we left in 2021. All in all, we survived the worst of covid lock downs and chaos there, and will always appreciate having called it a home when we did. Hope this helps anyone interested! Some photos of memories from days there :)

The office manager Ynette has been absolutely wonderful in helping us move in! I sent out inquires to dozen of apartments when we were looking and she was the only one to respond very quickly to all of our questions. She made the move in process so easy and was immensely helpful. We love our apartment and the location! Also, we put in a maintenance request and they were at our unit and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours. Again, huge shout out to Ynette for making the move in process seamless and always responding to our messages and questions!! Very happy to be apart of this community :-)

If you’re thinking about living here FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE ! Management is terrible , while in the process of moving out the property lied and said she never received an email that my roommate sent , her attitude was snotty and disgusting !! Even being nice to her she was extremely rude ! If you want a snotty property manager who doesn’t respect tenants then this is the place for you !

Office managers are a dime a dozen and then never stay long enough to really effect change. In the 6 years I have been living here I have seen the quality of living and care for residents do nothing but decline. If the housing market was better we would have already been out of here.

Ran our credit and denied us. Gave no reason why. We made 5x the rent and had job stability. Don’t waste your time. Wasted $100 for the application fee.

I had the same thing happen as the previous reviewer. Spent over $100 for my wife and I to apply. Only to be denied a week later. And when we received our letters of denial, we were given no reason as to why we were denied. Don’t even try to apply.
