Awful. They don’t answer their phone and when I go in person the pharmacist is very rude and unhelpful. Switched pharmacies. Would never recommend CVS, especially this one.

I used to love going here, I used to get texts about my prescriptions being ready or out but the last few months have been the worst with this place. I don't get texts about my prescriptions and I've also had to request refills even though they have been on automatic refill. And today was the last straw. They didn't fill one of my prescriptions fast enough causing it to lapse in prior authorization which caused my insurance to not cover it, because they didn't fill it automatically and I requested to have it filled way before it lapsed. I am now out of a very important medication. I don't get texts about any medications no more, and I have to submit a request for refills now. It's RIDICULOUS. What makes me mad is the fact they blamed the insurance, I called tem and yes they said it lapsed, so I call my doctors office and they said it's because it wasn't filled! Because CVS didn't fill it fast enough! I have now switched over to a different pharmacy and can't wait to not have to have any more problems. This place just has gone down hill. Please go somewhere else. The pharmacist tried to have me pay $1100 out of pocket for my medication... no one in the right mind can afford that!

The South Hill Puyallup CVS Phamacy staff are very cheerful almost to much. Customers being help are not aware of the line they are holding up.

Day two no antibiotics… Came here yesterday to pick up prescriptions to be told they were out. But it would be ordered and filled next day. Here again to pickup scripts and they tell me they are out and it will be ordered for next day. Pressed the matter letting them know that is what I was told yersterday so,they do some digging and behold the meds are actually here but they didn’t fill it and I’ll need to wait 20 minutes possibly more. Awesome

I love this pharmacy it is the best. I drive 20 minutes to get my meds because the employees are so kind. Always willing to find a way getting you what you need. The only thing I wish they had is a drive through. If i I have to wait i I always find deals worth buying. The wait is never long.

I just received another text, like always that my meds are too soon to refill. I get it every time for any of my meds. I NEVER EVEN ASKED for it to be filled so how could it be too early. I’ve told cvs about this and they won’t fix.
