This pharmacy will put you on hold for over half an hour. Text to ask if you want an order filled and then not fill it when you reply "yes" as requested in the message THEY send. You should also expect to wait in line a LONG TIME even if there's no line and multiple people working

Do not use pharmacy! They charged me $600 due to them thinking I wanted to pay for 3 months since my insurance card hadn’t gotten here yet ANDDDDD it is January… To should go without saying that the pharmacy contacts their insured with any issues with insurance versus just charging 3 months supply. Out of ffn control.

Got the text that my refill was ready for pickup. I replied with 1, I’ll pick up today. Got there within 10 minutes and they were closed. I completely understand this is an automated system, but they should turn it off when they close the pharmacy.Today when I went to pick up the prescription, they had already put it away because it had been too long. When I made a remark to the tech of my previous issue she stated the pharmacist had COVID so they were closed and they would have to refill it. She had apparently told me I would have to wait 15 minutes for a refill(I did not hear that) and a different tech had a huge issue with me standing by the counter. When my order was ready, she yelled at me and told me they could hear ALL that I was saying and humiliated me at the check out. She was shaken and when I asked her if she was done, she finally stopped berating me and telling me some times they need to take time off.Done with that pharmacy and done with that Target. The below picture was taken at 4:29 pm on Sunday, December 10th.

Transfer your prescription elsewhere. This pharmacy is usually closed more days than it is open. The actual Target store is frustrated that people keep asking if the CVS is open that day because there’s no communication between the businesses and the pharmacy will close at will due to low staff/illnesses.

The staff is very friendly and polite. The service is fast and prompt. They are at lunch from 1:30 pm - 2 pm. And there will possibly be a line after 2 pm, just bewarned of that.

I keep getting automated calls for something I thought I picked up a few days ago, so I tried to call them to verify, but I'm just left on hold forever!!!

Incredibly frustrating. They keep inputting wrong information even after 6 times have having it corrected, sending my meds to the wrong places, and telling me it's ready by phone but when I arrive they say they never received it.To top that the big guy they have is a real piece of work - talking down to me like if I was stupid for thinking my meds were there, even when I showed the guy on my phone notification that says it's here. I was also called by them the day before saying it was ready. I am once again past my med date even after ordering two weeks ahead. Never get your meds here.

Easily the best retail experience I routinely have. They are on the ball. A+, gold star, black belts in customer experience. Srcips are always ready, they are persistent in tagging docs when patients need them. Wish I could give them 6 stars

10302 156th St E Puyallup, WA 98374 Staff: Pharmacist: Richard Tech: Brady Cashier: Taylor I had a negative experience at Target CVS Pharmacy when I went to pick up my prescription. I arrived at your pharmacy around 11:30 am to pick up my prescription. I noticed that the insurance was not correct. so I asked the cashier, who had long brown dirty hair and no name badge, to verify if the correct insurance was applied. He did not apologize or show any sympathy for my inconvenience and walked away from me. So I followed him to another register. He seemed annoyed by my request and took a long time to make the adjustments. Then he told me that I had to wait for another 15 minutes for the prescription to be ready. He showed no empathy for my frustration and walked away from me. He came back a few minutes later when I was explaining to my spouse what was going on, and he said in a rude tone, "Get over it" and raised his hand at me in a gesture to go away. He ignored me and started to help other customers, leaving me standing there in disbelief. I felt disrespected and humiliated by his behavior. I was waiting at the first window to speak to the pharmacy manager about the issue when another employee the Tech who also had long brown dirty hair approached me and asked if he could help me. I politely declined and explained that I wanted to talk to the manager. He then became angry and said "Bye!" in a sarcastic tone, waving his hand goodbye at me and walking back to the back of the pharmacy. I was stunned by his disrespectful attitude and again felt humiliated in front of other customers. The person who came out wasn't rude but wasn't nice and asked me what I needed. I asked him if he was the pharmacy manager and he said, "No, he is the pharmacist." I asked him if he could write down the names of the staff because none of them had name badges on. We talked for a few minutes and he explained that "No one cares, because they are graded by the number of people that they help." I was stunned by what he had just said. I asked him how we could prevent this insurance issue the next time I come in. He said it couldn't be fixed but to call ahead of time to make sure the correct insurance was applied, that it was easy to fix, and that any of the staff could do it. So I don't understand why I had to wait for 25 minutes to have it fixed. I do understand that a new label needs to be made so the prescription would ring up correctly, but that is a quick easy fix. The pharmacist then loudly questioned me if I wanted to get my TESTOSTERONE prescription, drawing the attention of other customers, and embarrassing me. This incident was unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's reputation. I request that you take appropriate disciplinary action against these employees and ensure that they receive proper customer service training. I also expect a letter of apology from the staff including the pharmacy manager for the inconvenience and distress they caused me. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at your pharmacy. I expect an apology from you and your staff. I also expect you to train your staff on how to handle customer incidents and how to be respectful and professional. I have enclosed a copy of my receipt as proof of my visit to your pharmacy. Please contact me at (253) ***** to confirm that you have received this letter and inform me of the steps you are taking to address this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation. I will report this matter to the Better Business Bureau and the State Board of Pharmacy. Sincerely, a concerned customer

Lost two of my paper prescriptions, when I got upset the guy tried telling me I never dropped them off. After waiting to get new ones in the mail, I went back in and the same guy was extremely rude. I had two other prescriptions to pick up and he said they hadn’t gotten the shipment in for one. When I asked why I’d gotten a text saying they were both ready he said “If you’re giving me attitude I’m not helping you”. I calmly told him I wasn’t giving him attitude and I was just questioning why I was told it was ready. He told me a second time I was giving him attitude so I took my prescriptions and will move to a different pharmacy after 15 years at this location. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service as this one individual.
