Staff is very knowledgeable and great. They work fast, and get things handled in a quick manner. My wife and I love the facility and that is why we got a 2nd unit at this facility. You are in capable hands if you plan on renting a unit here!!!

I thought all the new technology would be confusing, but actually it is very easy, and the staff was very nice, and helped me through the whole process! I feel secure that my things are protected .also it was very clean inside...: )

Good storage, good rates, easy access. I recently rented a unit from here and in a couple days, I had spiderwebs and some bugs within my unit.
Edit: Received a call regarding my review a d the issues I had brought up and was kindly offered to switch to a new unit to help resolve the initial issue. Had incredible customer service and was promptly handled and resolved! Thank you!

This was honestly the best storage place I have ever rented from! Very clean, safe, easy access, and excellent customer service . I never had any issues at all. When I moved out , Georgina made it sooooo smooth, easy and stress free. I highly recommend this place!

Staff are very helpful. I've never rented a unit before and needed to to deal with some heavy renovations of my home and make some room. When I finished that and decided to downsize, their process to bring me into a smaller unit was hassle free. They were very helpful.
