I want to thank the Puyallup DaVita employees for taking such good care of my sister. We are transfering down to Olympia DaVita because it is closer. You have a wonderful staff and I hope you let them know how much we appreciate their kindness in everything they do. We see it with every interaction with other dialysis patients as well. Again, many thanks and keep ip the good work!

Attentive staff who recognize that dialysis sucks and do whatever they can to make your experience less so. I have never had a single member of the staff deal with me in less than a caring, competent, and compassionate manner.

The staff is good. The environment is friendly. It's a good place to be if you want in-center dialysis. Home dialysis is so much better!! In order for their employees to have Thanksgiving and Christmas day off, Puyallup Davita switched their patient dialysis schedules over Thanksgiving and Christmas placing horrible inconveniences and discomfort on their patients. The switched schedules results in all their patients (over 100) having two days off followed by one day of dialysis followed by two more days off. This is physically and emotionally very stressful for dialysis patients and is especially difficult during holidays where eating and drinking is used in celebration. Everyone knows the regular weekend off for dialysis patients is grueling. To add a double weekend back-to-back over the holidays is cruel and physically harmful. I hope this year, 2009, is the year that Davita stops imposing this torture upon their patients!

Friendly, helpful, careful and experience professionals. Clean, bright and comfortable. Located in the center of everything. Mall, restaurants, gas, and motels close by. Been here for one year, can't say enough good things.
