I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your store. The cashier informed me that I could receive $30 in rewards if I registered for store rewards. However, after completing the registration, I realized that I had actually signed up for a credit card.
At no point did the cashier inform me that I was registering for a credit card. This lack of transparency is very disappointing, especially since I do not want anything to impact my credit score at the moment. When I addressed this issue with the cashier, she denied failing to provide full information before the application.
It is unacceptable to mislead customers just to increase credit card sign-ups. Shame on you for such practices. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope you take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

I felt like the staff was very helpful in allowing me to make decisions for myself with the gear I needed, but was happy to help answer any questions I had in regards to the items I was purchasing. Thank you to Roy, Ricky, and Whitney at the Puyallup South Hill store!

Customer service was very poor today! The day after Christmas it should be clear where to go for returns. After standing in a line for 15 minutes, as associate told us that we needed to get in a different line. When we finally got to the register, the associate didn't listen to what our request was. We asked if we could order a new item and they told us we needed to go back to the other line we had been standing in previously. Customer service was not good today

online hours are wrong and then to be so rude rushing us outcould have been a bit more decent about it, especially when explained that i was just looking for a certain size asking if i can get help so i could get checked out she tells me no and let’s go get up to the front we are closing now!! maybe change the time online maybe make announcements and hour and 30 mins before. Multiple people also saying no way we looked online and says 11pm that’s why we came here! The lady who was telling us get to the front before she locks the doors on us said we are a privately owned business it’s for security purposes so we lock up when the mall does it could all be very true but to feel the way i felt by her tone and her facial expressions was definitely not a business i would be returning to. Please privately owned business fix your hours online!
