Customer service was very poor today! The day after Christmas it should be clear where to go for returns. After standing in a line for 15 minutes, as associate told us that we needed to get in a different line. When we finally got to the register, the associate didn't listen to what our request was. We asked if we could order a new item and they told us we needed to go back to the other line we had been standing in previously. Customer service was not good today

online hours are wrong and then to be so rude rushing us outcould have been a bit more decent about it, especially when explained that i was just looking for a certain size asking if i can get help so i could get checked out she tells me no and let’s go get up to the front we are closing now!! maybe change the time online maybe make announcements and hour and 30 mins before. Multiple people also saying no way we looked online and says 11pm that’s why we came here! The lady who was telling us get to the front before she locks the doors on us said we are a privately owned business it’s for security purposes so we lock up when the mall does it could all be very true but to feel the way i felt by her tone and her facial expressions was definitely not a business i would be returning to. Please privately owned business fix your hours online!

The ONLY helpful person, was the young lady at the register by the store exit into the SH mall. We arrived to see if we can exchange a pair of shoes for my daughter. So- she was nice enough to page someone to assist us for a girls size 6 and informed us someone there will be able to help us.Arrived to shoe section where young athletic shoe sectionEmployee 1: saw us, (we arrived and waiting for assistance) and walked on byEmployee 2: saw us,… probably decided to pretend we were not obviously waiting for assistance, because he also walked by.Do you guys just hire incompetent idiots?No thanks, was hoping to keep my business for all my kids school sports needs with you guys.Dick’s R Us indeed

Maria L (9.23.2023) in apparel was extraordinary. She helped me with purchase I made after looking at the item in the store, but ordered online (because the store was out of stock) and I had sent it to the wrong store. She contacted the customer service office who really couldn't be of assistance other than telling us to contact the main store where it was going to be ready for pickup. She then contacted the store in Seattle (where the item was ready for pick up) to request transfer or cancelation. How she handled herself on that call made it happen. Initially when I met her, she could see the look on my face that I was looking around trying to figure something out and needed some assistance. She started with a smile and very apparent professionalism. She explained the department I was in was a little shorthanded at the moment, but she would be very happy to help me. I could've been more impressed. She made me feel like a special customer (athlete); and after 19 moves with the military in the most 30 years, I don't think I've ever met a representative, or team member, in any store that was so proactive and professional. This young lady should be a manager managing individuals. She had a very positive energy even after I asked to speak with her manager. It was very obvious to me she had a very high opinion of her manager and the organization just by her attitude. I wish I had her full last name. She is the reason why I made a purchase after looking for something to buy just so that I would get a review survey to send a compliment about this amazing employee. I didn't want to leave the store without buying something. She was just an all-around kind professional human being. Good job to her Leadership. You chose well!

Came in here to browse around and saw a shirt that caught my eye, but didn't want to pay full price. I asked an associate (Taylor) if there was any discounts or sales going on. She checked for me and was able to get a 20% discount off my purchase. She was very kind and went out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. Totally appreciate her and her willingness to go above & beyond for a paying customer!

My son and I went to DSG in search of a new baseball glove and possibly a new bat. After looking at the glove selection, we walked over to the batting cage, where we found the most helpful DSG employee EVER, Miguel. His knowledge of baseball equipment was fantastic, and he never once rushed us into making a decision just to get the sale. I very much appreciate his customer service and will recommend DSG and Miguel to all South South little league parents and players.

I swear I am always a happy shopper till I came into this store the customer service at the cash register is terribly an angry and rude person. I literally advice her to change jobs if your not happy because it all explain on your face.. This happen twice with me same branch now I feel i have to leave a review..
