Joe took very great care of my vehicle! He was very kind and professional. I had a nail in my tire and he took care of it right away. They were pretty busy but got my tire fixed up in about an hour at no cost to me. Shout out to Joe for being awesome!

Every time I come in here they are friendly. They have squeezed me in and even though I've had to wait they looked at my tire for me.

Shoutout to Assistant Manager Hector Rivera for getting me up to speed on the state of my tires. While I haven't had any work done yet as I wanted to do some more research, he was very informative, personable and gave no pressure. They will definitely be getting my business in some way or another down the road!

They put my life on DANGER!
I had a nail in my vehicles tire and I immediately take an appointment from the discount tire Puyallup location on June 14. After a little bit of waiting, they told me it’s been taken care and I can go then I just left.
I just noticed that the nail is still on tire (June 21) I am SHOCKED. Because I drive a lot and drive on highways. This is very dangerous. They basically put my life and my family life on risk. This is very unfortunate and very unprofessional.

Doscount Tire ROCKS! The company, management and employees are truly amazing. My daughter had a large bolt flatten her tire. They were unable to repair so they replaced it for free in hopes of winning her future business. The Puyallup location has always provided me with exceptional service. I believe this is a company wide culture because I used to frequent the Auburn location and they were amazing also.

Still not understanding why if you make an appt, when you get there you are told it will be at least an hour before they can get to it. Why even make an appt if you don't honor the time. This isn't first time I have had this happen.

We go a flat tire on our 9 month custom low profile tire. We were headed out for a two week trip. Ted, took awesome care of us. We had to buy 4 new tires, but under warranty, so not as expensiveas we thought. Ted got our tires the very same day and we were able to leave on our trip.
Sitting there I saw the manager, Jimmy, give a lady some of his lunch because she needed medication and had to have food! Awesome customer service!

Shout out to Gilbert and all the crew from 5/30/24. I ordered some wheels and tires for my new to me 65 Corvette. Gilbert let me know when they came in. I came in the next day at 530. I knew they closed at 600 and told them when I was coming in and why. I fully expected them to tell me to come in another day because that would be too close to closing time. But instead without hesitation Gilbert said see you then. I got there and they got on it as soon as it was my turn. The took the time to open both doors and my hood to be sure not to damage it. Then Gilbert found one of the pieces had some discoloration and pointed it out to me. He advised they were going to be ordering a new one and would let me know as soon as it came in. Everyone was genuinely nice and happy to be there even after closing. I've done business with them before and will definitely continue that. I ordered the tires and wheels thru Ted. He even commented that i knew exactly what i wanted with sizes and i made his job easy. Keep up the great work! Thank you again!
