Elephant Car Wash is a touchless car wash facility that offers a convenient and affordable option for cleaning vehicles in the area. With prices starting at $11, it provides a quick wash experience, although some customers have reported issues with the effectiveness of the wash. While the touchless system is appreciated, many reviews mention that it does not always remove tough dirt or bird droppings effectively. The facility is generally well-maintained and features modern amenities, including working vacuums and clean garbage cans. However, some users have experienced problems with the air dryers, stating they often leave cars damp. There have also been complaints about certain wash bays not functioning properly, leading to disappointments and requests for refunds. Despite these issues, the staff has received positive feedback for their pleasant interactions and responsiveness, with some customers being offered complimentary washes after raising concerns. Overall, Elephant Car Wash is suitable for those with newer or well-maintained vehicles, as long as expectations are managed regarding the touchless wash's limitations.
Works much better than the one on Main in Puyallup.

The lady running this place does a fantastic job! I believe her names Erin. Every time I stop in, the facility is extremely clean and well maintained. She’s always welcoming and makes the whole experience quick and easy. You can tell she really cares about her work, thank you Erin!

I would give it 5 stars if the vacuums were free, like at other car washes.
